We had booked for one night only at this small but well-equipped campsite. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and a sense of humor. We were able to pitch our tent easily, close to the sanitary facilities and swimming pool, as well as a water point. The showers were clean and well-maintained. We went to say hello and goodbye to the people at reception when we left the next morning. Many thanks to them.

This is my fourth time staying at TopParken – Recreatiepark ’t Gelloo, and once again it exceeded my expectations! I come from Sweden every year just to enjoy this wonderful place. The service is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole park has such a peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for families – especially with children – as there’s so much to enjoy in a safe and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Stayed 2 weeks in chalet. Campground is clean looks neat. Son of 13 had a great time. Nice aqua park, lots of swimming possibilities. Only thing we missed was a large lawn where you could play soccer.

Visited Archean for the second time, since the little one is a bit bigger we have now also purchased an activity pass for her. That included things like painting a stone and making a candle. Those activities also kept her well occupied. The playground was not recommended to play in for long because of the heat, unfortunately not much shade unless you sit by the benches. Also watched the temple and gladiator show with the little one and she really enjoyed those. We will try to visit again during a knight tournament.

Top campsite! We slept in a caravan, the bedding is very good, the accommodation very clean! Very natural campsite with lots of trees, which is very refreshing. I recommend this place.

After an exhausting, almost 9-hour drive, we arrived at the Koversada campsite full of anticipation for our vacation. Unfortunately, our stay began with a big disappointment: due to a booking error on our part, we had inadvertently reserved a pitch in the naturist area - which was absolutely out of the question for us. However, our hopes of clearing up the misunderstanding on the spot were initially dashed. The first member of staff, Ivana, was very unfriendly, not very solution-oriented and brusquely pointed out to us that we had booked through LuxCamp and that she therefore "couldn't do anything". She even asked us to cancel the booking completely - which would have meant that we would have lost all the money we had already paid. She also claimed that we hadn't paid, which I was able to disprove with evidence. This conversation was extremely frustrating and annoying for us. It was only when we tried a second time with a different member of staff that we were treated in a friendly manner and it suddenly became possible to switch to the normal area for an additional payment of 50 euros. We were relieved, but also disappointed that this option was not immediately available. Apart from the difficult start, the site itself is really very nice: well-kept facilities, beautiful pitches, fantastic beaches and an overall pleasant atmosphere. Nevertheless, the start cost us a lot of nerves and we would like a campsite of this category to be much more accommodating, friendly and customer-oriented - especially on arrival.

We came for 1 week with a teenager and didn't take part in any of the activities on offer, as we visited a lot of the region, but there was plenty of entertainment on offer every day. In the evenings, there was entertainment until 11pm, and a great lotto night! Our mobile home was new and in perfect condition, both in terms of bedding and cleanliness. No oven, but equipped with hotplates and a microwave. The pool is a little small, but the slide is more accessible to small children, as it leads into the "petit bassin". Children's playground, ping pong table, basketball hoop...fitness equipment in perfect condition. The campsite restaurant is open only in the evening. We dined there 1 evening and the meal was very good. The campsite is quiet and there are plenty of things to do in the surrounding area by car. We had a very pleasant stay.

We were very happy with our pitch. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were nice and friendly. Shuttle service to the metro every half hour. Delicious food in the restaurant We will gladly come again

1. the infrastructure would be great (modern building, sanitary facilities also appear to be up to date!) Unfortunately, the facilities (especially the sanitary facilities) are very poorly maintained (waste garbage cans in toilets and shower rooms overflow early in the morning, dirt in and behind the toilets remains there for days. 2. even if the cleaning of the accommodation is left to the guests, it is still the responsibility of the campsite operator to ensure that new guests find a clean accommodation, especially if they are then asked to pay again if the accommodation is left unclean. But while you watch the employee for a while as she prepares the house tents and how long it takes her to do so, I am not particularly surprised that there is no time for cleaning. But if you advertise the campsite with 4 stars and consider how much you charge the guest for a night in the house tent, the guest should not have to remove the dirt of their predecessors just to avoid being stuck with the cleaning costs. 3. apart from the employee who checked us in, most of the staff seemed uncoordinated and poorly organized. 4. the prices in the campsite restaurant are so disproportionate that we wisely avoided dinner and moved it to the old town.

The worst campsite ever: Touch-and-go pitches on a poorly maintained site. For 40 pitches, only 2 women's toilets, 4 sinks for washing up, no fridge or freezer available, no water point apart from sanitary facilities. The camper van emptying point is on one of the pitches. There's no hygiene in the toilets, only the floor is hosed down to push the dirt to the sides. The icing on the cake: groups of twenty or so children pitch their tents next to your pitch, turning the supposedly "family" campsite into a vacation camp...
