We stayed at this park during a family weekend where a number of cottages were rented as group accommodation. In many ways this 5 star vacation park completely fails. A number of cottages were not cleaned at all or not cleaned properly, the mosquitoes that were flattened on walls and ceilings during the summer are still there, the vacuum cleaner smells like dead dog, curtains spontaneously fall from the wall, the lighting outside the cottage is in bad shape with a risk of falling for our senior family members, poor service in the restaurant by waiting too long for our food (over an hour) and that with small children, a filthy restaurant floor where food leftovers from the previous group were still under the table...and I could go on and on. My advice to future customers is, if you want to be disappointed, book with this resort. Otherwise, stay far away from it. To end on a positive note, we did make something of it with the family, and we were able to behold the 5 stars in the sky.

Our experience at Resort Mooi Bemelen was disappointing. We arrived late and discovered that evening how dirty the cottage was. Only the next morning we even saw food leftovers in the oven. When reporting this, all we got was the response that we should have reported it earlier, without any compensation or understanding of the situation. It seems as if customer satisfaction and a clean cottage are not a priority here. Very unfortunate, because we would have liked to look back on our stay in a better way.

A very nice atmospheric campsite where you are welcomed on arrival with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine o.i.d. The staff and the owner are extremely helpful and friendly. A campsite where you immediately feel at home.

The staff is very friendly and made our stay hassle-free. I had made a mistake in the booking, wanted an outdoor sauna but had booked an indoor sauna. Fortunately it could be rebooked. The cottage was nice and clean and fully equipped and the sauna was really a big 10! Thank you very much and until next time! 😊

We had to be in Ostia, so the location was ideal. We had a car, but it might have been an issue if we didn't. The first room we stayed in had so much moisture that my phone broke. The lack of ventilation for the shower steam is a problem. The whole room felt damp. After we complained, they moved us to a much better room. The room service seemed non-existent, so we had to sort the bedding out ourselves. The swimming pool was really good, but the facilities seemed quite basic. My main issue was the restaurant. We spent a lot of time there because there seemed to be a lack of other food places about. The staff in general are fine, but there's one guy who displayed possibly the worst attitude I've ever experienced at a restaurant. He looked visibly angry all the time and was muttering under his breath. Just a really unpleasant person who seems to be in the wrong job. We spent €130 Euros one night and then was abruptly told to leave as he wanted to close. It would have been a good value for money stay and still an overall positive experience experience, but replacing my phone has been frustrating.

Great location and a fantastic home to stay in. Well-kept store at the park with wide selection. The rental property itself is equipped with every comfort and was very clean on arrival. The beds are of excellent quality. Television is equipped with a crome cast. This park is highly recommended.
