Great experience, camping in the heart of nature At the start of beautiful hikes, pleasant staff and very clean sanitary facilities

Hello, A pleasant and attentive team, but the accommodation was frankly not up to scratch and no compensation measures were taken. We had selected the most upmarket mobile home, but when we arrived, after several hours on the road and once we'd unpacked all our suitcases (it's no fun if we don't), we realized that we'd been "under-classified" in the sense that the sofa bed wasn't a sofa bed and so we were missing a bed. We got another mobile home and this one did have a sofa bed, but obviously we couldn't enjoy it fully, as almost all the cupboards and storage space were locked with chains and padlocks. There was therefore a flagrant lack of space and above all the chain and padlock atmosphere - we hadn't taken the "penitentiary atmosphere" option, which left much to be desired, especially for our younger friends... I understand that the change of owner was recent, mistakes happen it's human but a commercial gesture would have been appreciated especially when we pay for a service that is only partial ... Sincerely, a customer who could have been satisfied but who still retains a bitter taste....

We were in the Relax Camping homes, and I must say, i've never had a nicer camping experience. Though a bit small we made it work. When we had an issue we could call the camping and they would fix it immediately. Nice accomodations like a tenniscourt, footballfield and beachvolleybalcourt. Amazing view and a great rock beach!
Can recommend and would love to visit again.

The camping staff super nice, the monitor of activities very friendly. The tent is spectacular, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen clean and cared for, with all the details. Experience of 10!

Friendly campsite on a human scale with all amenities and conveniently located.

We spent a week's vacation at the campsite with our little folding caravan and our dog. We had a small problem with the pitch, which was too small for our caravan, and above all on a slope, which meant it could have tipped over. The team reacted quickly to this problem and gave us a new pitch straight away, which was much larger and above all flat. All in all, it's a good campsite, calm and meeting our expectations. However, the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, the sanitary facilities are not always clean, and the toilets no longer have, The lack of light also for the sanitary facilities is very disturbing, especially when you take your shower in the dark. I hope for future campers that this will be brought up to standard. One week for us was too short. The path down to the beach is really great, only a 15-minute walk. Thank you

You can easily spend a few days here with children. The surroundings are of course great and the staff are also very friendly and helpful. There are different events every day, such as a children's disco, burger barbecue, waffle afternoon or bingo evening. The chalets are nothing special but adequate. The pool and a small indoor play area are included. On the negative side, it must be emphasized that several activities for children cost extra money, e.g. the air field hockey, table tennis, paddle or the vending machines in the arcade. You also have to rent a clothes horse separately, which seems very strange during the bathing season. We enjoyed being there but won't become regular guests, there are simply too many other places for that.

We stayed at this campsite for one night, confident in its three-star rating, but the usual criteria for this category were not met, and neither was the value for money. The pitches are pleasant and quiet, but small, the showers are lukewarm, toilet paper is not provided and there are no soap dispensers near the toilets. On the other hand, the campsite is clean and has children's play equipment - a little outdated, admittedly, but adequate. The restaurant, on the other hand, is to be avoided: bland cuisine from aperitif to dessert and a service that doesn't speak a word of French, giving the impression that every request is a nuisance. The welcome is very cold (let's say... Germanic), which surely corresponds to the predominantly Germanic clientele.

On the plus side: a friendly, smiling staff, and… that’s it
On the downside? Hmm, yes…
A very unclean mobile home, both inside and out… Moss all over the patio awning, cobwebs in every corner, untrimmed hedges (sure, it’s just a matter of aesthetics, but this is a 4-star campground!!!) Stains on the floor, a “protective” cover for the gas tanks in terrible condition (and we didn’t even have the worst one…), one of the shutter slats broken. Let’s not even talk about the cleaning supplies… a 25-year-old broom… a mop—or rather, a stiff-bristled broom… a hand brush just as rickety as the broom, and to top it all off… a mowed lawn! That’s cool! But leaving all the clippings in piles scattered all over the ground! You can’t even enter the unit without tracking grass inside…
Furthermore, it’s advertised that a pool is available—and indeed there is one—but it’s a public pool, filled with people from outside the campground who show absolutely no consideration for others, and there’s very little supervision of these disruptive elements in the water…
I still want to emphasize once again the kindness of the staff, even though this campground really isn’t worth its 4 stars… and certainly not its €865 per week...
