We had a nice pitch for 14 days with 3 children. The site is large and has a lot to offer! There is also a wide range of activities. Unfortunately, you have to pay extra for everything. With the high price for the pitch, it's incomprehensible that you have to pay extra for the sun loungers by the pool! Even jumping on the trampoline costs money! The store on the pitch has everything you need for everyday needs, but its exorbitantly high prices are shocking. The cycle path to Novigrad is very nice and easy to manage with children! Unfortunately, there are far too few showers, one of which is always "out of order"! You always have to wait in line in the evening after the beach/pool and usually only have COLD water when showering! That's not possible!!! Nice complex, nice pool, but the sanitary area with showers and toilets does not perform well, therefore not to be recommended! A SHAME!

Leider muss man alles extra bezahlen. Leider viel zu wenig Duschen vorhanden, davon immer mal wieder eine "out of order"! SCHADE!

Fine place to stay. Upon entering the campground it is immediately atmospheric. You immediately encounter the geboud at the entrance, the reception, the terrace outside, the playground and the outdoor pool. On a quiet spot in the back corner are 3 luxury Glamping tents with huge veranda, a great place to stay! With nice weather you are totally a lucky guy, how wonderful that sun on your balcony! Nice view with getting up and going to sleep, atmospheric, the lights at the tent turn on automatically around 9 o'clock! In case of rain, I recommend bringing a tarp, so you can screen things just a little better when it rains, so you can still enjoy maximum enjoyment on your terrace! Nice owner also, very nice contact with the new guests. There are also many regulars on the campsite. To make it complete for the kids, you can get in close contact with the animals at the petting zoo!

DO NOT COME THERE IF YOU ARE ARACHNOPHOBIC. We stayed at this camp 3 years ago, and on that occasion I was very sick because one day while brushing my teeth in the bathroom a very large spider came down from the ceiling almost on me. I am very afraid of spiders and it upset me a little bit, so much so that for all the next days I went to a newer toilet block, without bugs, but much farther away. Other than that, the cleanliness was not bad and the location very good, so we returned this year -- however, the experience was not better, quite the opposite. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was very good, however in the toilet block near our pitch there were several insects, including spiders on the ceiling and in the shower stalls (!), although the latter were not very large. The problem was not only this though: there was never hot water in the bathroom in the evening. Given this we tried to go to the block of bathrooms that 3 years ago was kept very well. We had never done that--there were two very large spiders on the ceiling and smaller ones in the shower stalls. When I noticed them I ran away terrified. The other nights we had to go to two other bathroom blocks, further away from our pitch, evidently the newer ones, which had hot water and no spiders. If I didn't go to those I was afraid to go into the bathroom, it was kind of a terrible. Let's hope that in 2 or 3 years these newer blocks won't end up like the other one (which three years ago was perfect), otherwise for anyone afraid of spiders and instects it will be really impossible to stay in this place. In any case, it is definitely not acceptable that at the price of 90 EURO PER NIGHT (for a pitch, 4 people, and an additional tent) they let you live a nightmare if nothing at all you are afraid of spiders and insects and leave you with cold water.

Unfortunately disappointing - we leave early. We are very disappointed with this place - it was the most expensive, but also the worst of our trip. Our impressions at a glance: Sanitary facilities: The toilet blocks are not particularly central to the pitches. The toilet facilities were at least clean most of the time. "Premium" pitch: We had booked a premium pitch, but in our opinion it does not correspond to this designation. "Electricity and water connection on the pitch" means that you have to walk across other guests' pitches to reach them. (long water hose and power cable required!!) Pool: Extremely overcrowded. Guests jump into the water from all sides, so you constantly have to be careful not to get hit. No pool supervision available. Access roads: Very narrow paths to the pitches. During our stay, several caravans hit the bushes when parking. Chemical toilets: The emptying stations are very hidden. Conclusion: We had expected much more for the high price. Unfortunately, clean toilets alone do not make a premium pitch.

The pitches (rentals and tents) are very spacious, with few overlooked areas. The campsite is on a human scale, and the mobile homes we chose were suitable and well-equipped. However, I regret the quality of the entertainment: one of the entertainers, David, adopted a very unpleasant posture (or persona) throughout our week. The interactions he had with us or others didn't make you want to interact with him. The other entertainers were friendly but not very engaging, and there was no shared energy. The evening entertainment on offer was varied and fun, but we didn't find it all that exciting. The indoor pool doesn't seem to be heated (contrary to what's indicated on the site). It heats up in the afternoon thanks to the greenhouse effect, but is particularly cool in the morning. The paddling pool could do with a bit of refreshing, given the various places where the liner has gone. We appreciated the campsite's location and overall calm. Having tested other campsites in the franchise, notably Grand Metairie, we realized that the quality of the entertainment played a very important role in our experience.

We had booked 3 weeks on this campsite (comfort pitch D045). First of all, it should be mentioned that the approach to the site is not for the faint-hearted and you have to pray that no one comes towards you. There is also a Youtube video about this, but it does not reflect the extreme inclines or gradients, hardly anyone arrived without the brakes of the caravan smelling extremely. The reception was nice, knowledge of English is an advantage, it was explained how to find the pitch. We arrived with a trailer (car and caravan total length of approx. 11.5m). Narrow turn to the entrance barrier. To mention is a catastrophic parking situation on the site (caravan with width of 2.50m almost not possible), narrow streets partly are left and right cars that belong e.g. to the mobile homes, also cars are partly almost in the entrance roads to the plots that a lot of maneuvering is necessary to get to the place without damage or to get out again undamaged, if this is not possible you can only move. Our allocated pitch was according to our wishes. Suggestion for improvement from the operator, you could also ask the height of motorhomes as many did not get on due to hanging branches. The site was dog-friendly, poop bag dispensers and garbage cans were often to be found, but no nice walking routes, there are 2 dog beaches which are also used a lot by divers, children or SUP users. The sanitary buildings were clean. There are 3 washing machines (7 euros per wash) and 3 dryers, but this seemed too little for the size of the site (waiting times). There is a bakery (bread rolls not a hit with everyone), a Litomarkt (supermarket) for the essentials, within easy walking distance. Directly on the square there is also a fruit and vegetable cheesemonger. The restaurant right on the square was great. There is also a pool with a pool bar, where the same rules always apply (no diving goggles, no dogs etc.). But it depends on the supervisor whether these are enforced or not. There is a children's pool, which is more suitable for smaller children. The sun loungers at the pools have to be paid for (4 euros per day). The whole place is clean, you always see someone keeping it tidy. Our son got injured, it has to be said that the nearest hospital is in Pula about 50km away, we had to go there, we were told at the reception that it would be faster than if the ambulance came first, but we were not offered any further help after we asked for a doctor. On a positive note, as we had to leave 5 days earlier due to the accident and we had received a letter from the doctor at the hospital, we were only charged the amount of the actual stay, we were not charged for the remaining days booked. Last but not least, the departure was a disaster, it was raining, starting with the parking position at the exit of our pacelle, which we had to manage completely backwards with movers (millimeter work). Since we knew that the return journey would be problematic due to the gradient (front-wheel drive car) and the road was still wet (ASR out and accelerate), it went well so far, until on the first (steepest gradient) a trailer was already stationary because nothing was going forwards or backwards. It was only possible to manage the route by towing a jeep (a local who charged a fee of 100 euros), don't worry if the weather is bad he is already there waiting, seems to be a good source of income. It is recommended to use a four-wheel drive with a trailer, otherwise it is hardly possible to reach the top even in good weather. We personally won't visit this place again, due to the arrival and departure and the tight parking situation in front of the parking lot entrances. The site is rather boring for children who don't just want to go into the sea.
