Clean campsite. Very friendly and attentive staff. Large pitches and a good starting point for excursions

First experience 100% satisfied! Family with 2 children aged 5 and 9. We loved this disconnection and reconnection with nature! The staff are adorable and smiling, and the little trapper activities are top-notch! Nothing to complain about! We're already planning to come back next year!

It was a bit far from the center. It has been a spectacular experience, nature, wildlife, etc.. You also have bicycles for rent inside the campsite. I would repeat. 10/10

We stayed in our campervan. +Very friendly & helpful man at reception + the trees are tall enough to shade the camper van plots +the toilets and showers are clean -no free wifi except in the cafe and that is slow -the ladies toilets and facilities in 2 of the blocks were closed down but we weren't informed of this before choosing our plot -showers are included in the price but the water could have been hotter -the cafe is pricey and not great -there is nowhere nice to sit and enjoy the view -the road is very loud -bit pricey for what you get compared to other camp sites

A super nice cottage and lots of nice well marked walks in the beautiful surroundings. A nice restaurant on the park! Really enjoyed it. Cottage also very fully equipped.

Attention! Large and noisy construction site next door!!! It starts at 7 am on weekdays The apartments are clean; The most important things are available. Salt/pepper and some oil in the cupboard would have been great. No DE channels;

Attention cost trap: had canceled our stay within 24 hours because we decided to go to another park after all, cancellation confirmation came and we were told that the money would be refunded immediately. That was four weeks ago. There was no reply by email and you can't get through in the telephone queue either!!!

Absolutely recommendable: - Everything is clean and well maintained. - The staff are friendly and helpful. - Very tasty bread and croissants can be ordered the day before and picked up on site the next morning. - Good selection of skillfully prepared dishes in the restaurant. - The price-performance ratio is good. - Very attractive scenery. - Many possibilities for various activities nearby.

There is currently renovation going on, which creates some clutter. The campground is a great base for bike rides along the Mosel. The showers are okay.

There is a lot for the children to do very nice.

Great campground, nice pool area especially for kids because most are 30cm high. The adult one overflowing in June ,let alone in August. Marked out pitches ,shady. Resort fee 2.50.

I've been a loyal camper for more than 50 years at the Batz campsite, whether it was the municipal campsite after campeoles or now flowers, and this was really my worst holiday this year. The aim of a vacation is to relax with the cheerfulness of a campsite, but the first weekend we found ourselves with almost 200 young people who had come to celebrate their graduation, it's a total nonsense, not to accept them but to scatter them all over the campsite, they're young, they need to have fun, but think about it, even they haven't understood where they're staying. Then come the rentals to associations to allow certain people to come and spend their vacations, but just think about it: they come and allocate them mobile homes just like that, right in the middle of a clientele of regulars looking to relax and have a good stay, not to mention the people who go swimming fully clothed at the pool, and there again nothing is said. When we try to pass on information to the office, they don't know, they haven't seen anything, and when we want to exchange information by e-mail, we can't say too much, and it's soon our fault. All we had to do was make a serious phone call, and a campsite can be managed and run properly, not just by taking money from bookings. Frankly this year very dissatisfied. I don't think I'm the only one.
