We have booked with two families because according to online booking almost fully booked...... come on 03.10-18.10 and there are 5-10 caravans on the whole place. Place has potential but is getting on in years. Private sanitary dirty, no heating. Technician came.... Finished again, cold! Swimming pool old, rusty, tiles defective. Animation underground. Had to pay extra for everything and where you already paid 1200! And it went on. Complaint several times at the reception, boss let herself be denied. No solution! The worst 5 star place !!! Very disappointing !!!

It is a super nice place. Everything is well-kept and clean. The entertainment team is great, the staff are very friendly. Everything is geared towards children, it never gets boring. We love the campsite and the accommodation.

We were visiting the camping resort for 1 week. On arrival in the rear part comfort pitch everything under water, we then looked for a place in the upper part, something urgently needs to be done with the drainage of the water. The place is actually very nice for children but the sanitary facilities and swimming pool very dirty. The only thing that is very good is the building reception and the animation. We will not be back.

Situated on the edge of a beautiful wooded peninsula surrounded by urban hell. Some good mountain biking and hiking trails.

Super great campsite with great sanitary facilities. Partly very nicely laid out in terraces. The price is a bit high but compared to other campsites the standard is reasonable. However, only 3 amps of electricity as standard. Or 6 amps for an additional €3.50 per day. For higher pitch categories 6 ampere included.

We have just returned from a week on Bella Italia staying in a Eurocamp caravan. Sadly we did not like this site one little bit. Check in was OK, but the site was very crowded, as it was half term in both Switzerland and Germany. The static units are far to close together and cars are all parked on top of each other giving the impression of an overcrowded shanty town. The landscaping was mainly mud as it was very wet. The shop is fine, but the food at the restaurant on the site is grim, they make very little effort with it, had one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. We were left with the impression that this site is all about profit, not about customer experience. In all very disappointing, we will not be returning.

Hello, Yes, the stay was pleasant except for the first 2 days. On the first evening we had a visit from many, many cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳. We discovered at around 10 pm that the entire kitchen was covered with countless cockroaches. We spent a good two hours fighting to kill them all. It was really disgusting. There were always some in the cupboards and all the drawers in the kitchen. We even discovered a few cockroaches in the bedrooms. My wife soon wanted to sleep in the car rather than think about having the creatures in her bed. We didn't get to sleep until around 2am. The next morning we reported this to reception who then gave us a different house the next evening. That was nice, but these cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 cost us 1.5 days of our vacation. I don't want to post photos of the creatures here. They were always looking in the cupboards and drawers in the new house too. And we wanted to have these 2 days replaced, but so far there has been no response to our complaint. 🤷‍♂️ Update 10/24: europarcs reimbursed me for an overnight stay. Not what I had imagined but at least a positive response.

We spent 2 weeks at this campsite and it was great. The kids loved it and so did the parents, the entertainment was top-notch, and the welcome was warm and friendly. The whole team listened to our needs and comments to give us great memories. An experience worth repeating.

Update: Upon checking out, we were nicely compensated for the below. This also without asking! We really like and appreciate this very much. So the service of the park is fine 😊. Unfortunately we had a very disappointing start to the vacation. From the "beautiful accommodations", as they say themselves, came little. There was an awful lot of (old) dust in the bungalow. There was poor vacuuming. Along the edges of the living room and under the couch were still crumbs and other debris. Under the bed there was still a child's boot from previous occupants. Fortunately, a camp bed had been set up because the original wooden crib was also again full of dust, as were the night lights above the bed, the rest of the bed frame and on/against the walls. The dining room table felt extremely sticky and there was a lot of food residue in the cracks. The mattress was moldy and the bed slopes toward the middle. We filed the complaints at the front desk. By the way, at the front desk they were nice. They had the mattresses exchanged and sent a cleaning crew. Unfortunately, they only came with a cloth and some cleaning stuff which did not solve the dust and dirt problem. Went to the reception again. Asked for another cottage but nothing was available outside an old mobile home? Finally we got a dinner gift but well of course that doesn't solve anything. The cottage was eventually vacuumed and mopped and some extra dust was swept. The house really needs more maintenance to get it clean. We left it at this because we didn't want to spend the whole vacation working on it. I would really advise against booking the baby and child bungalow. It is really not worth the €800.00 for a week. The positive point is the facilities on the park, the many playgrounds and the location. Nothing wrong with that. The restaurant was also fine. The food was tasty and the service neat and nice. Fortunately, the kitchen equipment was also neatly clean, as was the bathroom. In short, the cottage was not in the condition you should expect for the amount you have to pay. On social media and the website it looks far too rosy unfortunately.

The best thing is the children's entertainment. Really well organized and everyone always tries to make the children happy. The children's disco is a must! :-) Thank you for the wonderful time!
