Résidence ValkenburgI have booked a vacation here then you get an email that a deposit can be asked a week before I went there I got an email that I effe 350euros deposit had to pay while that was not on their website then I got there on the park I got a cottage at the very back where they are still rebuilding next morning I was already at 8:00 I called the reception I did get a new house I checked out Friday they told me that I would get my deposit back on Friday or Monday but to this day I have not received anything on my account I call them they said yes I'll call the administration Well until now I still have to wait for my deposit of 350 euros really scandalous that they ask a deposit of 350 euros where you have to chase it yourself to get it back and after many calls I finally got it back but you are so on the line by them I never come there again

ik heb een vakantie geboekt hier daarna krijg je een mail dat er borg gevraagd kan worden een week voordat ik daar heen ging kreeg ik een mail dat ik effe 350euro borg moest betalen terwijl dat niet op hun website stond toen kwam ik daar aan op het park kreeg ik een huisje helemaal achterin waar ze nog aan het verbouwen zijn volgende ochtend werd ik al om 8:00 gewekt door de bouwlui heb gebeld naar de receptie kreeg wel een nieuwe huisje ben vrijdag uitgecheck zeiden ze tegen mij dat ik vrijdag of maandag me borg terug zou krijgen maar tot de dag van vandaag heb ik nog niks op me rekening gekregen bel ik ze op zei ze ja ik bel effe de administratie nou tot nu toe moet ik nog steeds wachten op me borg van 350 euro echt schandalig dat ze een borg vragen van 350 euro waar je nu zelf achterna moet gaan om het terug te krijgen en na veel bellen heb ik het eindelijk terug maar je word zo aan het lijntje gehouden door hun ik kom daar nooit meer

Vriendelijk personeel en ruime plaatsen. Sfeervolle camping met veel groen. Ondanks dat het zwembad officieel dicht zou gaan (einde seizoen) hadden ze het nog voor 1 dag extra geopend ivm het warme weer. 👍

Buytenplaets SuyderseeWe chose the treehouse suite and the hiker's cabin to spend the night. Both super nice though. Mattress in treehouse was a bit hard for me but otherwise slept well. Trekkershut super slept only unfortunate that the people diagonally behind us had a fight morning. Which makes you notice that those 2 places are too close together. Further breakfast was simply super. Everything was there and enough to eat. Really delicious. :)

We hebben de boomhutsuite en de trekkershut gekozen om te overnachten. Wel beide super leuk. Matras in boomhut was wat hard voor mij maar verder goed geslapen. Trekkershut super geslapen alleen jammer dat de mensen schuin achter ons ruzie hadden smorgensvroeg. Waardoor dat je dan wel merkt dat die 2 plekken te kort bij elkaar staan. Verder ontbijt was gewoonweg super. Alles zat erin en genoeg om te eten. Echt zalig. :)
