Urban-Gardens GentVery disappointed. We booked this campground solely because of the event that was supposed to take place at the Blaarmeersen. When this event was canceled due to the heat, we wanted to cancel our reservation, but the campground refused to be accommodating. The proposed solution was inadequate, disappointing, and, in my opinion, shows little understanding of the guests’ situation. This leaves a very negative impression.

Erg teleurgesteld. We boekten deze camping enkel vanwege het evenement dat op de Blaarmeersen zou plaatsvinden. Toen dit evenement werd geannuleerd vanwege de hitte, wilden we onze reservering annuleren, maar de camping weigerde hierin mee te denken. De voorgestelde oplossing was onvoldoende, teleurstellend en getuigt naar mijn mening van weinig begrip voor de situatie van de gasten. Dit laat een erg negatieve indruk achter.

Resort Mooi BemelenThe resort is in a beautiful location and is beautifully designed with excellent cottages. The booking and check-in process, as well as resort access via license plate, are well organized. Beautiful pool!
However, accessing the cottages via the app is frustrating (it often doesn’t work) and can even be dangerous. The door locks itself every time. If you leave your phone inside, you can’t get back in. It’s unthinkable if a small child were inside! Please fix this!
We wanted to rent a bike. At 4:45 p.m. A one-day rental runs until 5:00 p.m.! There was no way to arrange it. The receptionist looked immaculate but was not at all customer-oriented.
There’s a Plus supermarket and a bakery 3 km away in Berg. And then there’s the Ciao Ciao restaurant: fantastic! They really go all out! Great (Italian) food, run with heart and soul. Be sure to book in advance, though, because it’s fully booked every day.

Het resort ligt op een mooie locatie, is mooi ontworpen met prima huisjes. Boek- en incheckproces en toegang tot resort op kenteken goed ingeregeld. Mooi zwembad!
Toegang tot de huisjes met de app is echter storend (werkt vaak niet) en kan zelfs gevaarlijk zijn. De deur valt iedere keer in het slot. Als je je telefoon binnen laat liggen, kom je er niet meer in. Je moet er niet aan denken dat een klein kind binnen is! Los dit op!
We wilden een fiets huren. Om 16u45. Tot 17u00 is één dag huur! Er viel niets te regelen. De receptioniste zag er tot in de puntjes verzorgt uit maar was vokstrekt niet klantgericht.
Op 3 km in Berg is een Plus en warme bakker. En dan het restaurant Ciao Ciao: super! Ze gaan ervoor! Goed (Italiaans) eten, exploitatie met hart en ziel. Wel op tijd boeken want elke dag volledig volgeboekt.
Je kunt hier dus gerust boeken voor dit resort!
Het beheer heeft wél nog een uitdaging met betrekking tot de digitale huissleutel en klantgerichtheid!Bemelen in Limburg
