Plenty of facilities especially for children , lots to do ! What we really liked is the playground in the middle of our field really ideal especially if you have smaller children! Glamping in a safari tent was also a really nice experience. The animation days with Kiki and cake, were favorite with our children and also the craft Fest was fun! Also the restaurant was very nice and cozy sitting ! Breakfast is also really a must !

We spent 2 weeks at this campsite. Positive points: location, proximity to the sea (beware of pebble beach), clean mobile home, small structure, quiet. Negative points: poorly maintained vegetation (hydrangeas cut then left on the ground), outdated infrastructure, contrary to what is stipulated on the advertising documents no mini-market, no bike rental, no multi-sports ground, outdoor pool heated to 22 instead of the 26-28 advertised, minimalist entertainment, lacking pep, schedule posted at reception and on social networks different from that on the application, change of venue for the lotto without notifying customers, indoor pool closed for 4 days. Our voucher indicated that cleaning was included, but I was told the opposite, I had to pay 75€ to be told the day before that the kitchen and bathroom had to be cleaned (the last straw at this price!!!, never seen that in 25 years of camping...), and still no bill! No services worthy of the 4 stars awarded compared with other establishments in the same category (some 3 stars are even better!). Not the little extras that are not compulsory but are always nice to find on arrival, such as the sponge kit/sample of cleaning product/small local speciality... All in all, we won't be coming back because of some misleading advertising and a very overpriced campsite that really doesn't deserve its 4 stars.

lack of litter garbage cans, pillows are too fat, poor cleanliness in the cabins, pool with too much shade, nice campsite but lacks maintenance and a bar for lunch and dinner, only serve breakfast or pizzas at night, the road to huttopia 5 km and with some potholes.

Stayed for a week. But the only negative is that the snack bar attached to it has nothing in stock. First slush puppy not, machine forgot to turn on, well do a twister then. Also no. Then hamburgers no we don't have either. Very unfortunate and sounds a bit like they do not want to do so much work.

Good location. Nice swimming pool. Shady pitches. Paddle, soccer pitch, barbecue facilities too. Family atmosphere.

Well-situated campsite for visiting the Chaîne des Puys. Friendly, smiling staff. Many and varied activities. We will return without hesitation.

I'm writing this review because I was left wanting more after booking an impromptu 2-night stay with my 3-year-old son at the last minute. The place itself, nothing to complain about, very beautiful, magnificent nature and tasteful infrastructures. The location close to the road meant that we could hear the big engines whizzing past not far away, but on the other side, nature was in the majority. My biggest complaint is that the advertised program changed on the spot. Activities reserved for children were either no longer on offer (open-air cinema) or sold out (live entertainment), but when we arrived at 3pm and tried to book for the evening, the places were taken. Then on site, kayaking or paddle incompatible with a child of 3 years so more than the boat. In the end, I booked a 2-night stay with 2 activities planned according to the site, but in the end no activities were possible for my child. The people in charge on site claim not to interfere with what is put on the site, which I understand. But then a commercial gesture has to be proposed to compensate for services not offered for the same rental price. Oh yes, also very unpleasant on Tuesday evening, between 10pm and 11pm the evening staff who were cleaning and tidying up the catering room shouted at each other with their music in the kitchens. I found this highly inappropriate when you're looking for calm and nature. On Wednesday evening, everything was very respectful.

Beautiful location and excellent staff, who go above and beyond to help you. Huge range of activities on offer for all ages - the best of all the Huttopia sites we have visited. Parking for us was a little tricky because of the position of our Canadian tent and a couple of the provided items for the cooker needed an extra clean - but overall a fantastic stay. Another excellent Huttopia site.

The small cottages are very nice. Everything you need is available and beautifully maintained. Stars deducted due to the advertised dog bathing facilities. Unfortunately only at the boathouse in the reeds and you sink into the lake bed. Other 2 possible bathing options: dogs are not allowed in either place. Because of this we would not come back with a dog. Without dog: ideal vacation at the lake.

Willem Tell swimming pool: expensive entrance (€10) and way too crowded. Picked up my children at the pool after an afternoon swim, explained at the entrance that I couldn't reach them by phone, but those two at the cashier's desk didn't show a shred of empathy and stared into the distance with glassy eyes, like two drunken wildebeests. If I wanted to get my children, I just had to pay entrance fee. Apparently drilled to extract money from everyone, shameless!
