One pretends to be a 4 star campsite with many facilities. In practice, you can't order food on the spot at the snack bar, nor can you get into the restaurant for the same day, let alone make reservations for the same evening. Same goes for the boat to the restaurant across the street, or renting a sup or kayak (even though they are still there all afternoon). Everything has to be reserved at least 1 day in advance, which ensures that you have no possibility of flexibility or spontaneity on your vacation. If you say anything about this in the restaurant/snack bar you get a cranky response. The smile, as described on the website, is far from it. It is quite obvious that they cannot handle the crowds in high season and the supply is not matched to the demand. According to the reception there is an independent operator at the snack bar/restaurant who he says cannot handle it (staff shortage) and is overworked. It has been reported to management but that is all. Very poor service. Also very small sites, both for tents and safari tents etc, all very close together so little privacy. Furthermore, very nice location and surroundings! But in summary, the price-quality is very poor.

All right camping. An excellent location along the Mullerthal trail. During my visit the camping was booked full and very busy. In the center of the lot is a children's playground, which can be heard all across the camping. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer, relaxing stay, but for a 2-3 night stay it's all right.

We were there with the Womo, staff very friendly showers wc clean. Standard place even if it was a standard place you should have at least a little privacy it should be thought about mounting a privacy screen between the pitches, otherwise so far ok, oh and the beach you should not call the beach

The location of this campsite is great, lots of things to do in the area. We have stayed at a lot of Huttopia campsites and I have to say this was not as up to standard as others we have stayed at. First they wanted to give us a spot number 5 with no sun and no grass along the road. I had booked in December, their system automatically books from 1 upwards, I asked them to find another spot for us and after some negotiations they did give is another, which was on a slope and difficult to pitch our trailer tent. The sanitair was awful, incredibly dirty! It wasn't cleaned properly the 7 nights that we stayed there. There was slime buildup in the showers, dirty tampon wrappers on the floor, urine and feces on the toilets, revolting. I mentioned it three times to the staff but nothing was done. They mentioned that they were disappointed themselves, but they still didn't clean it. The campsite itself is very pretty and has a lot of potential, but the management really need to improve the cleanliness.

Great site high above the Loire. Quiet location with very large and well-kept pitches with sun and shade. Good bar where baguettes ordered the day before can be picked up in the morning and where there are drinks and really good homemade pizzas in the evening. Friendly staff everywhere. Sanitary facilities not luxurious, but ok. Washing machines and dryers available (4 euros each). E-bikes can be rented for excursions. Recommended for short and longer stays.

It's a good thing it was only for 1 night, because I think it was the worst I've ever spent camping. - drunk people literally screaming in the campsite until 4am, which didn't seem to bother the security guard who was there all night long - we were made to wait 20 minutes at the campsite entrance after 11pm, even though our name was on the list - filthy sanitary facilities, far too small for the size of the campsite, and half the taps have no cold water at all - tiny pitches with no clear boundaries, no privacy - we had to give our credit card number + CVV on the phone to pay the balance of the rent, and it was impossible to pay the next morning or use a more secure method And what's more, it's not cheap (around 40 euros a night). To be avoided

Spent 6 days here with the family. The location of the campsite is ideal for exploring the area. With the holiday plus card you get for free, you can do many activities for free or at a discount - superfine! The swimming pond is lovely, the pool on the small side. The plumbing is a bit outdated, but clean and the showers are lovely. Everything else is super practical. The store is minimal, but the sandwiches are delicious. I think 80% Dutch guests.

EVERYTHING! The bed box was a favorite with our 6 year old son. For our 1.5 year old daughter it was super that she could play in front of the door so she was within our sight. For us as parents it is stuvertastic to see the children enjoying themselves. A real vacation!

Park in itself is quite nice but our location on the park was in 1 word jerk. How do you come up with a cottage near the barriers. 0 privacy and 0 peace. Also, it is a very inflexible park. Sandwiches must be ordered 1 day in advance for 19.00 and there you pay 75 cents service for.

Camping with many and large pkekken. You can be helped in Dutch, German, French or English. Also rental of tents and "glamour" tents and mobile homes. At the reception there is a small store. Next to the campsite is a French fry shop. The wifi at the campsite is worthless. Even if you stand next to the wifi pole the wifi drops out. The showers and toilets are in a spacious building and are neat and clean. From this site you can walk to the Müllerthal just fine. (Back and forth it is about 16 km to the famous waterfall the Schiessentumpel) to the predigstuhl it is 3 km.
