We werden erg blij van de uitstraling en rust in de accommodatie, Eigenlijk alle personeelsleden (receptie en restaurant) die we gesproken hebben waren erg beleefd en vooral erg vrolijk. We hebben genoten.

Resort VeluweThe staff was very friendly/helpful both at reception, restaurant and mechanic. Tips: A closet to hang clothes and hangers were missing. Also Hooks on the wall in the bedrooms would be nice. An instruction manual for the combination microwave was missing. Ern luxury cottage, may have mosquito nets for summer. And finally rinse aid and salt were missing. This was already out when we wanted to use the dishwasher.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk/behulpzaam zowel bij de receptie, restaurant als monteur. Tips: Een kledingkast om kleding in op te hangen en kleerhangers ontbraken. Ook Haakjes aan de muur in de slaapkamers zou fijn zijn. Een gebruiksaanwijzing van de combimagnetron ontbrak. Ern luxe huisje, mag voor de zomer wel horren hebben. En tenslotte ontbrak glansspoelmiddel en zout. Dit was al op toen we de vaatwasser wilden gebruik.

Resort VeluwePeople are working hard to make it a beautiful park. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and like to think along. The small gifts in between (on holidays) were very much appreciated. Also the gardeners compliments for their approach. The manager is very helpful and helps where needed. We would love to come back.

Er wordt hard gewerkt om er een mooi park van te maken. De dames van de receptie zijn heel behulpzaam en denken graag mee. De kleine attenties tussendoor (op feestdagen) werden erg gewaardeerd. Ook de tuinmannen complimenten voor hun aanpak. De beheerder is van alle markten thuis en helpt daar waar nodig. We komen graag weer terug.

Resort VeluweBeautiful surroundings. In the middle of the forest. Despite the work on the park had a wonderful week. Totally unaffected by noise or anything else. Nice to see that it can be so, around you in a short time a beautiful park built while you already enjoy a nice vacation with all the facilities. Also the climbing forest across the street is definitely recommended. We will definitely come back!

Prachtige omgeving. Midden in het bos. Ondanks de werkzaamheden op het park een heerlijke week gehad. Totaal geen hinder gehad van lawaai of iets anders. Mooi om te zien dat het zo kan, om je heen wordt in korte tijd een prachtig park opgebouwd terwijl jezelf al van een mooie vakantie geniet met alle faciliteiten. Ook het klimbos aan de overkant is zeker aan te raden. We komen zeker terug!

De naam weet ik niet, maar zaterdag en zondag stond er een enorme vriendelijk attente blonde vrouw achter de balie van de receptie. Ze was meeleven, begripvol en heeft ons een gratis bowling arrangement aangeboden.

De medewerkers van de receptie zijn uiterst vriendelijk. Ook de nieuwe accomodatie met sauna heeft mij positief blij gemaakt en de auto speurtocht door de prachtige omgeving was echt top!
