A very quiet campground with beautiful access to the sea.

A superb family-friendly campground in the heart of Provence with attentive staff, excellent dining, a great pool, and breathtaking scenery—I highly recommend it for exploring Provence.

We loved the location especially nearby the lovely town. But what was a disappointment for us is that there is not a single spot at the campsite where you can cool down your dog at the beach. You have to walk or bike to the dog beach which is very small and a little bit sad. When it’s 38 degrees they are overheated before you get there.

Food and drink. The campground was okay, but the rental was completely unsuitable (a trailer with no air conditioning—it was like an oven during the heat wave, day and night, with no respite—so I barely slept at all; this was no vacation—I strongly advise against it).
On the other hand, pets are welcome.

Fantastic first camping experience – exceeded all expectations!

This was our first time trying a camping resort with our kids, and we were incredibly pleasantly surprised. Check-in was fast and smooth. A huge plus for me was the innovation in digital solutions – you can make contactless payments across the entire resort using an app or a wristband. The resort's app also perfectly tracks your account balance and upcoming events.

We rented a mobile home , which was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen, AC, and a TV. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with staff constantly taking care of the greenery, cleanliness, and even mosquito spraying. The beach offers both rental umbrellas and a free area to set up your own gear.

The absolute highlight was the animation program. Huge compliments to the entire animation team for making our stay unforgettable. They worked tirelessly from morning fitness on the beach to afternoon pool games and rich evening shows for both kids and adults.

The location is also perfect for day trips. The historic town of Comacchio is nearby, and Ravenna or Ferrara are just a 45-minute drive away. You can also take a boat trip from Porto Garibaldi to the Delta del Po nature reserve or enjoy the many cycling paths in the area. We will definitely be back!

We were there this weekend—two families. One arrived on Friday, and we arrived on Saturday. We stayed in tents since there was no availability in the bungalows we already knew and had stayed in before.
It was horrible—our tent was full of wasps and the other family’s was swarming with flies; it was unbearable. I understand that you’re out in nature, in the woods, and there are bound to be bugs, but we’ve been to other campgrounds and this is just not right—not like this.

Right now, the only redeeming feature of this campground is the pool, which is great for the kids.

Convenience is key. Well, to a certain extent, anyway

Booking this accommodation was a breeze; the website is intuitive and completely self-explanatory. The communication beforehand is clear; as a guest, you know exactly what to expect. Thanks to entering your license plate number in advance, there’s absolutely no human interaction upon arrival. Which, given the apocalyptic weather I arrived in, was actually an absolute blessing.

Entering the accommodation contactlessly with the PIN code emailed in advance worked flawlessly.
Trying to open that same door with my smartphone, on the other hand, turned into a complete fiasco. After repeated, desperate attempts in the pouring rain, I finally threw in the towel—which was already soaking wet from the downpour anyway.

In hindsight, of course, entering a code is much faster than fumbling with numb fingers to fish your phone out of a bag, find the app, launch it, and wait for it to connect. You just have to store that access code somewhere in your own, analog memory. And that’s exactly where the convenience of such an app comes in, you might say. Because just try remembering a code...

In short: Landal and the door system bear no blame whatsoever upon arrival; that failure was purely due to a combination of capricious weather and sheer human incompetence.

The rest of my stay for the week went relatively smoothly. Those relative problems were caused purely and simply by the aforementioned human error. Or rather, more specifically: by that same person. Me, that is.

Because although Landal does everything it can to get you into the park as efficiently as possible, they apparently didn’t take into account guests without a built-in compass. Unfortunately, the seamless entry via license plate recognition and a pre-sent PIN code doesn’t make up for the fact that I subsequently wandered around the park longer than I’d like to admit because I simply couldn’t find the exit anymore.

In short: the park is highly recommended, the technology works—now I just need my own navigation system to catch up.
