New owners; same vibe. Les Ormes / Parenthese / Vallee du Lot... New owners (Huttopia) have clearly invested in updating the infrastructure, but the wet spring was not kind (works not completed, ground not recovered). Staff are lovely, helpful and efficient. Still an even split of Dutch/ French/ Brits and the vibe around the campsite has not changed in 14 years. At the farmhouse, the independently run restaurant has gone. It and the courtyard are now the hub with reception, pizzas, bar and snacks. Lovely atmosphere. 👍🏻 Pool area has been re-decked; the cool snack truck has gone😭, as have the S-bend sun loungers replaced by more space efficient deck chairs. Lake Pizza Bar is present but not operational (apparently viability is being assessed for future years). You can now set up a credit tab at reception and let the kids pile on the ice-lollies/ drinks. Hooray!(?) 🤔 I expect that the works will be completed, it all tidied up and settled down again before the '25 season. Rock-on Huttopia; great start, credit to your team. Please don't plant any inter-pitch hedges: that would be the death of this place. 😉

We spent the weekend and we loved the experience, we have been in a tent, the campsite in general very clean, very nice, the staff very friendly and very nice, very clean services, in short, we will repeat.

The campsite was spacious and large, but the sanitary facilities were not clean. Showers were ok, but we didn't use the toilets! It was ok for passing through and for one night, but we wouldn't stay any longer.

A vacation you look forward to. Nice and relaxing , nice and restful after 1 year of hard work. The Tent was absolutely not clean so I started cleaning and getting the foul smell out of the tent. Beds are bad you lie on a wooden plank And the springs stick in your back. Also the bedding is not clean and the mattress covers were dirty And not to mention the plumbing. Very dirty and is minimally maintained. The pans, cutlery, cups that are in the kitchen in the tent are just dirty and smelly. Animation team has more time for the regular guests than for the other guests. Also at the bar in the restaurant you have to wait longer as non permanent guests. With screeching tires we go home again. Pity of our vacation for which we have worked hard all year. For us 1x never again. This campground is for regular guests excellent But so for 1 week you get weird looked at by the regulars and staff. Pity of our money this vacation!

A well-kept park, a little away from the tourist hotspots.

We had a great time at this park. What I did regret was that we did not have a store where you can get some much needed groceries like a carton of milk or something......

A good place to visit the Périgord Noir region.

Nice camping! Especially families with children! Almost only Dutch people! Nice activities for children. Lots to see and do in the area! Service very good, good food, plumbing very clean!

Booked through Eurocamp, the mobile home was just barely falling apart. Moisture stains kitchen, shower faucet did not work properly, old and poorly maintained, too bad. Positive points are there, the air conditioning, large refrigerator, reasonable space (2 toilets), porch. Possibly mobile homes of Bella Austria itself are good. Swimming pool was not heated / cold. No WIFI reception, only at reception.

Spacious pitches in good shape, surrounding trees and bushes divide perfect from other guests. Possibility to order fresh baguettes in the morning, imbiss opened in the evening - not more. I enjoyed the possibilities to start hiking direcly from the camping, the "tarte flambee"-evening and the walking distance (20') from the city center.

Actually perfect because of ... - Location -- small but nice park-owned beach section, not much traffic around, close to Hindeloopen, suitable for trips to Sneek, Leeuwarden and Amsterdam - Layout -- well laid out, staggered construction, beautiful plantings (which still have to grow), shell paths between the houses, lagoon in the inner area, dogs expressly permitted - Facilities -- new, modernly furnished bungalows, container-style exterior with different designs depending on size - Staff -- super friendly receptionists, nice cleaning staff, friendly and hard-working housekeeping All in all, perfect conditions for a relaxing vacation. And now the BUTs that unfortunately marred the stay ... - the house -- new but WITHOUT air conditioning. Despite the curtains being drawn and with an outside temperature of only 22° we had up to 34° in the house in the evening. No fly screens in front of the windows, which would be important!!! The patio door does not close properly, about 3 cm gap at the top through which you can see the sky. - The park seems to be underutilized, the restaurant is not yet in operation, on two days you can buy snacks (fries, chicken nuggets, ...) - The beach bar is a complete ruin. - Nature -- in the form of spiders. When we arrived, the outside of the house (196) resembled a single spider web - Madame Web and Spiderman himself were in charge of the Halloweenesque decorations. It was not possible to ventilate the building through the windows as otherwise everyone would have come in and joined those who were already in the house. After reporting the problem to reception, a cleaner came with a feather duster and roughly cleaned the inside and outside. 2 days later a company came and sprayed the outside of the house with a product - from then on it worked, only 2 to 3 spiders a day that had to be killed in the house and outside were all dead. Conclusion: - Anyone who is arachnophobic should think very carefully about visiting this park at the present time. - Minor work on and in the park still needs to be completed. - In 1 to 2 years this could be a really nice park (if the spider problem is solved) - The price currently seems too high (lack of recreation due to the spiders)

We had an excellent family vacation at the Huttopia - Oléron Les Pins campsite. A family campsite with swimming pool, ideally located for discovering the riches of the south of the island. Relaxation guaranteed in this majestic pine forest! Stéphane and his team are at the top of their game, with a perfect welcome and excellent service. The pitches are really very pleasant. We enjoyed the activities on offer for the children ("Les petits trappeurs"), archery, tree climbing, ... but also the evening ride on the P'tit train de Saint Trojan to admire the sunset over the Pertuis de Maumusson. At the end of the day, we can enjoy convivial evenings on the campsite terrace, and a real favorite is the show by Teodoro Fernandez (el Tio Teo).
