The first day in our cottage the heating did not work and we sat with a blanket on. When I reported this the next day at the reception someone came very quickly to look at it. And both men were super nice but I don't remember the names.

As you drive into the park, you immediately notice the stately entrance. It gives a luxurious feel. The staff at the reception were friendly. Our complaint about the cottage was quickly resolved (even though it was unfortunately a smaller house than we had booked). The location of the park is beautiful, you walk right into the woods. The park looks luxurious and well maintained.

Technical service during power outage was top notch. Also the gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, unfortunately I don't remember his name.

Fijn ontvangst, alles heel netjes en schoon, modern huisje met alle comfort (voelde allemaal heel erg nieuw), alles aanwezig wat je nodig kan hebben in het huisje. Voldoende privacy en de priv sauna = top!

Information shared with head office was not shared with the reception in Garderen which creates confusion :-)

The facility was very neat and clean and beautifully laid out. The staff was very friendly.
