Very nice campsite, directly on the canal. Ideal for boaters and anglers. Canoe trip to Sneeker Wassertor takes about 1 hour. Unfortunately too close to a busy road. Sanitary facilities very good, but with outside toilets.

Lovely family campsite, perfect base for exploring pretty Heeg just 7 mins walk away. Enjoyed a couple of flat cycle loops with the kids & managed to Wing in the river off the little beach in the campsite. There was even live music on the Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend. (Only marked down by my kids as you need a euro for the shower and no hand dryers, but not a biggy!)

Rented 3 tents with friends. Car-free lot. Children could play safely.

The tent is very nicely made

It's a magnificent place, with an exceptional welcome: Nath and Sven are adorable, always ready to find a solution. The pitches for tents and rentals are spacious and shaded on the edge of the forest. The swimming pool is there to refresh you, and Sven's cuisine is always ready to surprise you. A place I highly recommend!
