Résidence ValkenburgUpon arrival May 16, a very sweet lady helped me I do not know her name but she was a half blood lady and little short she has helped us super well before you get a 10 and also at check out were the other ladies super helpful thinking and sweet they also get from me a 10

De luxe en ruimt in het huisje. Alles nog zo nieuw. De fantastische ligging van het huisje (uitzicht). Het extra schuurtje. Ik weet geen namen van de receptie, maar de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid waren erg goed. Complimenten daarvoor.

Résidence ValkenburgBecause we had reported the nuisance on Wednesday and we went home Saturday we noticed Thursday still nothing that the nuisance was less.I did not know whether this was reported to the neighbors who caused nuisance so I did not go back to the reception but waited Friday.That morning idem dito as other mornings.because we left Saturday anyway and neighbors left Friday it made no sense to report this again what the reception when we left indicated that we had to do this again so they could do something about the report.me seems 1 time report of nuisance sufficient. The lady at the reception solved this by giving a regional packet and offering 25€ preference back.

Doordat wij de overlast gemeld hadden op woensdag en wij zaterdag naar huis gingen bemerkte we donderdag nog niets dat de overlast minder was.Ik wist niet of dit nu gemeld was aan de buren die overlast veroorzaakte dus ik ben niet weer naar de receptie terug gegaan maar vrijdag afgewacht.die ochtend idem dito als andere ochtenden.doordat we zaterdag toch vertrokken en buren vrijdag weg gingen had het geen zin om dit nog een keer te melden wat de receptie bij vertrek aangaf dat we dit wel nog een keer moesten doen zodat ze wat aan de melding konden doen.mij lijkt 1 keer melden van overlast voldoende. De dame van de receptie loste dit op door een streekpakketje te geven en 25€ voorkeurskosten terug aan te bieden.
