Camping duży, zadbany sanitariaty bardzo czyste. Baseny dla dzieci i dla dorosłych. Na tak dużo osób wypoczywających zdecydowanie za mały basen dla dorosłych. Parcele dla kamperow sakramencko drogie np. 137 € to przesada. Za pół ceny można znaleźć w wielu innych miejscach przy samej plaży.

My mother and I stayed at this campground a few days ago, and our experience was very disappointing from start to finish.

When we arrived, no one came to show us where our eco-lodge was located. We had to insist to get even a little help.

Upon entering the accommodation, we also noticed that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Several areas were still dirty, and the cleaning seemed to have been done halfheartedly. We assume that the previous guests may not have fulfilled their obligations, but it’s regrettable that the campground didn’t check the place before our arrival.

Next, my mother paid €45 for bed linens and towels. However, we received only small hand towels—no bath towels at all—and no duvet cover was provided. We immediately reported this to the front desk. The staff member there assured us she would leave the duvet cover outside our unit that evening, but when we returned, nothing had been done. So we had to file another complaint the next day.

Another disappointment: it was stated that a barbecue was available, but we couldn’t find one, and none was provided to us during our stay.

In light of these shortcomings, we requested a partial refund for the services we paid for. The manager promised us a refund of €13.50—a paltry sum given the service that wasn’t provided. We didn’t press the issue further, since he assured us he would process the transfer quickly and asked me to email him my bank account information.

More than a week later, despite two phone calls and another promise from the manager that he would make the transfer that afternoon, we still haven’t received anything. This lack of professionalism and bad faith are unacceptable.

To top it all off, he had the nerve to criticize us for the dog hair my dog left in the shower, even though we took care to clean everything before we left.

In the end, what stands out is a disappointing welcome, a total lack of follow-up, and the impression that only the financial aspect matters, at the expense of respect for and satisfaction of guests. There is neither a sense of hospitality nor a human touch.

I absolutely do not recommend this campground. Give it a wide berth.

Our third visit to Haliotis unfortunately just for one night this time. Improves with each visit. Really friendly and helpful staff, the campervan pitches are a reasonable size and theres a bar and pool too.

Siisti ja rauhallinen paikka asuntovaunulla. Upeat peltomaisemat, vesipuisto, lasten leikkialueet, baari ja ravintola. Siistit ja uudehkot wc suihku ja tiskaustilat. Lämmin vesi kuului hintaan. Hyvä ystävällinen palvelu ja erittäin kohtuulliset hinnat. Suosittelen perheen kanssa lomailuun! Luxemburgin keskustaan puolen tunnin automatka.
