Lured by the site,photos and description we booked a tent pitch.|We found ourselves in a poorly maintained campground with too many negative aspects:|- unhealthy swampy environment full of mosquitoes|-animation described among the facilities,but not present|- sinks in the pitches,dirty,broken and hidden among the trees swarming with all kinds of insects (required maintenance,never arrived)|-custodian not present late in the evening and gates not closed |-restaurant open only three days a week (different management than that of the campsite)|-market often closed (run by the same staff as the bar that opens it when necessary) poorly stocked and with products of various brands|- swimming pools (managed by other owners) very large and of various heights, with considerable potential .. pity that the floor is dirty and slippery, the white plastic deckchairs abandoned to dirt and neglect.|What can I say: UNBELIEVABLE ADVERTISING! |

The campsite is rather small in size, the accommodations are well laid out, well positioned in relation to each other, and generally well shaded. There's plenty of space between each accommodation. The staff are welcoming. The entertainment (which we don't usually take part in) is friendly and entertaining. The managers are attentive to our needs. Our requests are well received. The municipal swimming pool is also very good. Numerous possibilities for hiking and biking, as well as sightseeing in the surrounding area... We came in a family group, and a number of us are ready to come back... :)

We received a warm welcome from the farmer and his family. The tents were clean and well equipped. There is a toilet and a shower per tent, and the shower has hot water. The beds were very comfortable and we were nice and warm at night. There is no electricity so the tents are lit with oil burning lamps and tea light holders. I recommend you bring lots of torches and night lights.||Highlights were- tour of the farm and seeing a calf being born. |Using the hot tubs - you need to build the fire to heat the water, it takes a few hours for the water to get warm enough.|Bonfire built by the farmer for us on our last night.|Pizza oven, set up by the farmer in our field.||It helps if you already know how to make a fire before you come on this sort of holiday.||The only downside is that it is a real working farm (with 700 cows) and work starts on the farm at 5.00am, so expect a bit of noise from that. It wasn’t too bad though.||The kids had a whale of a time and we all really enjoyed it. We would go back.

2022 stays of 18 days and 2023 stays of 21 days: I won't go back over the restaurant, where there's a lot to improve (a mouse on the terrace during my coffee and 1 unpleasant waiter), nor over the entertainment, which could have been better if it had been more modern, but which was spoiled at the end by the manager who, at 10:50 p.m., bursts in in warrior mode to stop the entertainment at 11 p.m., warning: not at 11:01 p.m., otherwise beware of "I'm doing my utmost to apply the house rules to the letter and to guarantee calm at 11 p.m. sharp", no late discussions (11:10 p.m.) at your chalet, because then it's not the manager but the security guard who appears and tells you you're talking too loud... he stays around us for 1 hour, talks louder than we do before he arrives, doesn't want a drink but asks for a cigarette. So, the following evening, we decide to go to the fishing pond to disturb nobody and there the security guard arrives in combat mode (light in the face, no good evening with an absolutely disrespectful tone), ah yes I forgot it's the rules at 11 pm no noise "the carp and animals of the wood sleep"; late discussions are done only at the meeting point indicated in the rules and only that and even if you want to fish at night. So 11 p.m. silence !!!!! but let's talk about the day: howling at 7:30 a.m. (for sleeping in, you forget), loud music at 10 a.m. every day, and always the same one (after 15 days, you lose your temper), not forgetting the shrill screams from the pool and slide, and best of all in front of our chalet, the bawling of guests on their canoes on the pond who think they're alone in the world; so when I read "a peaceful setting to recharge your batteries with family or friends" or "the happiness of our guests is very important to us", I laugh out loud. As for the cleanliness of the chalet, it's nothing like last year's: the shower is moldy and dirty (you can't find a razor cap in the tray), cobwebs on the radiators and ceilings, dust under the beds, a hole in the wall in my son's bedroom when it rains, his bed is all wet; the terrace has slats where the space is too wide and everything falls out: cutlery, coins, washing-machine tokens that can't be retrieved because they've been closed and sealed; tiny, impassable parking lot next to the fishing pond (large, unmarked stone, branch falling onto car roof with bird poo plaster). On the evening of our arrival, the gas supply was cut off, making it impossible to finish cooking the French fries. I'd like to finish off with the headmistress, who is inaccessible to dialogue: one evening I was asked by her, without even saying hello, "Are you the 90° washing machine?" when I'd spent the afternoon going back and forth to put my washing on (the 90° took over 3 hours), or you asked her where the party was, and she looked at you and said "what's wrong now". In short, my children, my husband, my friends and I never want to come back, even though the place has enormous potential. A special mention to several employees who are extremely friendly and kind.

We had a wonderful stay in the chalet at Bospark 't Wolfsven! The location is great, surrounded by nature but close enough to Eindhoven for a day of exploring, The chalet was bright and spacious, perfect for our family of five, The kids loved the sleeping loft, although it may not be ideal for very small children, Everything was clean and well equipped, and we especially appreciated the air conditioning on the hot days, The outdoor terrace was a nice addition to enjoy our morning coffee, Highly recommended for a family getaway!
