The rooms are fine, but the door had a small defect and some flaws in the fabrics and the kitchen was missing the lid. For everything else the service, the staff and the quality of the camp is worth paying what it is worth. We have been in a trappeur which gives you total independence, x that has everything and allows you to live the experience of a campin. The location is unbeatable, a river nearby for hiking and getting wet. Large plots with light. In short, highly recommended and I will repeat in another location x that have more of the same style.

Well-kept and quiet facility, competent staff. The motorhome pitch was shady and spacious. The city center is easily accessible by bus.

We tested the campsite with the biker relay offer, very good welcome, home-made catering, the decoration is worth the detour, so biker friends don't hesitate.

I was only visiting the campsite, but the staff were super nice and always made an effort to keep everything clean.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia, cane incluso, 10 giorni in questo campeggio e ci siamo trovati molto bene, abbiamo alloggiato nel bungalow in muratura, molto spazioso ma la vera bellezza è poter mangiare fuori e godersi la natura che ti circonda. Nella parte ristorante si gode di un panorama meraviglioso e la cucina è ottima. La piscina l abbiamo usufruita poco perché siamo andati sempre al mare. Le spiagge più vicine sono a Marotta che distano 10m ma in una ventina di minuti sei a Fano o Senigallia e ne vale la pena. Ideale per chi vuole godersi il mare ma al contempo stare immersi nella natura . Organizzano tante cose per intrattenimento, fuochi d'artificio compresi a ferragosto. Per chi viaggia con il cane a Marotta vi è una immensa spiaggia libera con accesso agli animali.

Title: Huttopia - from charm to mass product After years of happily staying at several Huttopia campsites, I decided to book three sites again this year. The expectation: a familiar concept of nature, tranquility and comfort. The reality: a disappointing metamorphosis from a small-scale experience concept to a mass, hurried production line with no soul. The tent we were assigned was not properly sealed - a basic requirement, especially with small children. The nearby sewage treatment plant provided a constant, unpleasant odor. Inside, we found an outdated refrigerator, a broken umbrella, a rickety laundry rack and a fan that protested so loudly that it caused sleepless nights rather than cooling. Nor were the facilities satisfactory: washing-up liquid had been diluted and was no longer available, clean sheets were "out" (a painful shortcoming when traveling with young children), and the reception did not offer any solutions. Requests for help were dismissed with a sigh or simply refused - I was kindly but firmly asked to remove the pigeon droppings from our table and terrace myself, without the proper cleaning products. The charm of spacious, natural sites appeared to have been exchanged for hut hut arrangements where neighbors were literally at arm's length. The noise was continuous - so distracting, in fact, that our neighbors left prematurely. Peace seekers will be disappointed here. Where Huttopia once stood for attention, nature experience and casual quality, the concept now seems to have degenerated into a large-scale vacation formula without a personal touch. For €4,500 in reservations in three weeks, one might expect basic things to be in order and hospitality not an empty promise. This year, however, I mainly got the impression that turnover has become more important than experience. Huttopia lost me as a loyal guest this season - and that, after years of enthusiasm, unfortunately says it all.

We had a great vacation at this park. We had booked a Finnish Chalet, it was fully equipped and quite spacious. For tall people (like my husband) be careful, because the wooden beams are quite hard ;-) We arrived in mid-August, when the campsite was packed, but at the end of the vacation it was very quiet. For children it is also definitely great, a great playground, spacious sports field and a tennis court. I personally found the outdoor pool tremendously cold (that's why 4 stars) but my son didn't mind. The campground has a little store where you can get basic items, and fresh rolls can be ordered and picked up after 8:30. If you don't order (on time), no guarantee there will be sandwiches, especially on busy days, so please do. They are delicious. For more shopping you do have to go a little further away. The area is beautiful and there is a lot to do, although we were also very lucky with the weather. The animation team was super and organized fun activities. On the free days of the animation team you can (upon reservation) participate in outdoor activities, which is also highly recommended. The atmosphere on the campsite is cozy and friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in the bar are quite expensive, but tasty. Thanks for a great time!

A beautiful estate to relax and recharge your batteries. We enjoyed the wellness area, the Molkky/pétanque court, and even the swimming pool, despite the capricious weather. The little boat ride was very pleasant, as was the breakfast delivered "to your door". We were also able to walk around the pond, as the path was very well maintained. The fact that we could spend the whole day on site if we wished was also a plus! Thank you for this short stay.

The taking off planes from Schilhol flying over every 1.5 min was the biggest minus point for us. Nice weather and did not sit outside🙉🙈
