Vestbirk CampingDisappointed with treatment. We have been there for several years during the Christmas and Whitsun holidays and booked the same place and paid the deposit and got the same place, but this year I called on Tuesday and said that we are looking forward to coming tomorrow. But was told that the place was taken for someone who couldn't get their apartment now. So we could get another place. But thanked no and announced that it was not what we had booked and chose not to come again! My opinion is that it is bad service and not an agreement that is kept! 🤔

Skuffet over behandling. Vi har været der i flere år i kr himmel farts ferien og i pinsen og booket den samme plads og betalt depositum og fået den samme plads, men i år ringede jeg tirsdag og sagde at vi glæder os til at komme i morgen. Men fik at vide at den plads var optaget til nogle der ikke ku få deres lejlighed nu. Så vi ku få en anden plads. Men takkede nej og meddelte at det var ikke det vi havde booket og valte ikke at komme igen! Min mening er det er dårlig service og ikke en aftale der bliver overholdt ! 🤔

Soof RetreatsWe liked everything. Very nice cottage with all the trimmings. Also very nicely decorated. Nice garden and even a shed with washer and dryer. The sliding awning we found absolutely a topper! The surroundings are beautiful. The reception staff is very friendly, we had very good contact.

Wij vonden alles leuk. Heel mooi huisje met alles er op en er aan. Ook heel gezellig ingericht. Leuke tuin erbij en zelfs een schuurtje met wasmachine en droger. De verschuifbare zonnewering vonden we helemaal een topper! Ook de omgeving is prachtig. Receptiemedewerkers zijn alleraardigst, heel fijn contact gehad.

Huisje zag er mooi uit van binnen. Leuke uitstraling van het park in z’n geheel. Leuk gedaan met vijvertjes. Erg goed dat er een plek was om je fiets af te kunnen spuiten.
