The whole thing doesn't even deserve a star.

Errors on the part of the booking department and despite this you are accused of being to blame and everything is twisted.

Customer friendliness is non-existent there

Because of stereotypes and prejudices, I could not go to their camp. My dog, 40kg of pure pampering, would not have been accepted. There are no dangerous breeds but it depends on the owners.

Un posto magico, immerso nel verde, che fa perdere la concezione di spazio e tempo. A pochi chilometri dai borghi (a parer mio) più belli della Liguria di ponente come Dolceacqua, Rocchetta Nervina, Pigna e Perinaldo per i monti e, allo stesso tempo, ad una ventina di minuti dal mare. Ma ora parliamo del Camping : accogliente, estremamente pulito, continuamente in rinnovamento, una gestione familiare che dura da generazioni. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più della struttura sono stati i bagni nuovi, che hanno ristrutturato da poco : spaziosi, luminosi, curati, sempre forniti di tutto il necessario e soprattutto sempre puliti meticolosamente a qualsiasi ora. Girando per il camping quello che subito salta all'occhio è l'ordine e la cura con cui tutto è stato costruito e messo al posto giusto, somigliando quasi ad un piccolo villaggio indipendente. La piscina è ben curata e sempre pulita.
Ma ora arriviamo alla zona dedicata alla ristorazione : accogliente e fornita di qualsiasi cosa, dalla colazione alla cena il personale è sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza sempre col massimo della qualità degli ingredienti, come ad esempio la provenienza tipica del pane prodotto proprio in Val Roia e dell'olio prodotto in zona.
Il personale è molto gentile, disponibile e poliglotta vista la quantità di stranieri che ogni anno vengono da diverse parti del mondo per godersi il relax di questa perla nascosta nel verde.
Io personalmente ci sono stata diverse volte e posso dire che è uno dei miei posti del cuore!!

Very nice park. We were here at the end of February. As a couple with a dog. Our house was well equipped. Dishwasher, micro-combi oven. Coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. A small service package with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloths and simple tea towels was also included.
The hot tub was already heated up on arrival. The heaters were on and we felt very comfortable.
Perfect for relaxing and switching off.
The staff are very friendly.
I can definitely recommend this park. We would love to come back 🥰

We spent two weeks at Europarcs park Zuiderzee. The chalet was clean and fully equipped. The park is beautifully situated on the Veluwe lake. Elburg, Harderwijk, Nunspeet and the Veluwe can be reached within half an hour. At the park is a swimming pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. We spent a nice vacation at this park.

Super nice park and top restaurant

A really nice location with light and shade. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy: the toilets are very well maintained, which is mainly thanks to the dedicated lady who does her best there. The washing machines are also modern and in good condition. The showers, however, are a downgrade: At 3 to 5 seconds, the intervals are far too short. You are constantly busy with the button, which makes relaxed personal hygiene almost impossible.

We were there in February 2026.
Said we had an 8m caravan and a big car, no problem at all.
The problem was the x small walls that tried to hold the earth in terraces. We couldn't get around the corners and played Tetris in the pouring rain (it was nobody's fault). We were so annoyed afterwards that we pushed our caravan into any free space and that was that. When we told them it wasn't right, the older lady at reception said in good German that it had already happened to many people.
The campsite was full and noisy.
The harbor and Vrsar are very easy to reach on foot.
There were plenty of poo bags and garbage cans
The pitch itself made an unkempt impression, and was of course muddy due to the rain.
The toilets and showers were older.
Bread rolls were sold every morning.
The party started on Fridays, the music was so loud and with lots of bass until 10pm. On Sundays the music already started in the morning, unfortunately the restlessness was not so ours and so we decided to move on quickly.
When we drove out, the elderly lady was sitting in the barrier and came out and asked if we had paid?
Yes of course, what a question.
We would not visit the site a second time, sorry.

Had a wonderful weekend. Just relaxing and ate delicious hapas in the restaurant.

We stayed 6 nights in a lodge for 4 people at Resort the Pearl. The surroundings are beautiful and the nature surrounding the park is really a big plus. The park itself and the lodge also looked nice at first glance.
We had included an early check-in, but upon arrival the cottage was clearly not ready. There was a very strong frying smell that was so intense that we had to air and clean everything before settling in. The smell was probably in the upholstery and lingered for at least two days. The staff came by with an odor eater, but unfortunately this had little effect.
In addition, when we arrived there were two high chairs and two cribs instead of one. After we reported this, however, this was neatly picked up. After our complaints, we were also refunded the €25 for the early check-in, which we thought was nicely resolved.
What we found particularly unfortunate is that Resort de Parel presents itself as a boutique resort. Unfortunately, we did not experience it that way. The park and the cottage were fine, but lacked the finish, atmosphere and attention to detail that you expect at a boutique resort. It all felt just not special enough and therefore the expectations did not match reality.
All in all a fine location in terms of nature and a fine stay, but not the boutique experience that is promised.
