MarinaPark Residentie Nieuw LoosdrechtUnreliable company. Will build on polluted land. Bathing water at marine park new Loosdrecht is insufficient (blue algae and dirty water) sailing to the other lakes ( if it is still possible due to plant growth in summer) one has to go through a low small bridge . The second bridge is even lower. In short their sales pitch is fine 😂but the truth is very different !!! Am back in the country for a while and well have made contact by phone and will be called back , but has not happened.therefor I give here but a message.Message from me is with name and messages I get from navy is without name ? I went to look at the park but conclusion it is waiting for buyers I think and collect money but build euh tja ????? Greetings aart and will not respond to any more messages from you.tip I am now discussing with project of zuidoever for a watervilla also in Loosdrecht and am then right on the Loosdrechtse plassen.can say company comes across very well and great prices and beautiful villas. Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf. Gaat bouwen op vervuilde grond. Zwemwater bij het marinepark nieuw Loosdrecht is onvoldoende (blauwalg en smerig water) het varen naar de andere plassen ( indien het door de planten groei in de zomer) nog mogelijk is moet men door een laag klein bruggetje . Het tweede bruggetje is nog lager. Kortom hun verkoop praatje is prima 😂maar de waarheid is heel anders !!! Ben even weer in het land en tja heb telefonisch contact gemaakt en zal terug gebeld worden , maar is niet gebeurd.daar om geef ik hier maar een bericht.Bericht van mij is met naam en berichten die ik krijg van marine is zonder naam ? Ben gaan kijken op het park maar conclusie het is wachten op kopers denk ik en geld beuren maar bouwen euh tja ??? Groetjes aart en zal niet meer reageren op berichten van jullie.tip ben nu met project van zuidoever aan het overleggen voor een watervilla ook in Loosdrecht en ben dan gelijk op de Loosdrechtse plassen.kan wel zeggen bedrijf komt heel goed over en prima prijzen en prachtige villa’s. Jullie groetjes aan de modder plas .
