Not to go there is my advice. I found the service poor. Usually you get a housekeeping package but nothing. We had rented bed linen and it was so worn that the holes were in it! And then asking 8.50euro for it per set! Really at home it had gone in the trash! There was also no instruction manual for the sauna. Sauna door did not close properly hung askew so it was not properly heated. Cottage was dirty and poorly maintained. Floor worn. Tiles in bathroom cracked and joints loose. We went home earlier because sleeping really did not go because of those bad mattresses. Here was only with o what annoying responded. Survey filled out by europarcs itself when we got home. Here you get no response. It seems they do nothing. Only catching money and whether another not fine vacation experiences here and here his hard earned money has put in does not matter

Were there twice because it was so nice, from stores in the camping, shopping facilities, slide, cable car ect for children, super facility. Very well maintained and you have your peace and quiet. The campsite is very large with lots of possibilities. You must have seen it, I can only recommend it from the bottom of my heart. ❤️👌

Great campsite! Pitches are easily accessible, sanitary facilities top! Unfortunately with a fence in front of the nose, even with a premium pitch right on the water. Thanks to the steep bank, but still beautiful! There are plenty of areas to fish, but unfortunately no fish, but that's not the campsite's fault! :)

We loved the experience, the staff was very nice all the time. The cabin was beautiful and very clean and for a couple it is very romantic. The facilities are very modern and cozy. We had a massage in addition with Mercedes that we recommend 100%, she was a great professional and we ended up very relaxed. The only thing I would put down is that we wanted to try the SPA but it coincided that they were under maintenance so we did not have the opportunity. On the other hand, we thought that maybe they could install some more curtains in the kitchen window as the bathroom area is in the middle of the cabin and to enter or exit the shower there was little privacy. Also, we missed some things in the kitchen such as a small jar of oil, salt and sugar, indispensable for cooking anything in the cabin. Otherwise we think it was an incredible experience for any time of the year, in a very good location, we will surely repeat!

So, I rented three small houses right on the water. The location was very nice, but unfortunately the little houses were quite run-down. It has to be said that they were really cheap. We visited the larger houses and they were really world class. But if we add everything up, it was very nice there and the service staff were really very accommodating. Great campsite close to Valkenburg with very clean toilets and showers. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay in a campervan.

From November 14 to November 17, in double bungalow 13 and 14 Where should I start ... at the lock that doesn't open easily with my app, while I'm standing in the rain unprotected? Or the hot water, set to scalding hot, which you only find out about in the shower so you have to rinse off your soap at the risk of scalding. Turns out you can just reach the technical installation, unlocked, so I could turn it colder. Or at the super cramped bedrooms where you can hardly put your things. There are even some where you can't slide the beds together, because then the second bed is against the door.... There is a closet, right? Yes, but it almost falls apart and if you want to open the door you have to take everything off the floor first.... The double bungalow, 6 and 4 persons separated by a sliding wall, are very cramped. We were 7 adults and 2 children. 7 big bodies...pfff.... And that for the price of €1094.70. -to be continued-

The bungalows are too small for 4 people. By separating the toilet and shower in different rooms, they have left it with very little space, that was the worst. The cabin was too small. Otherwise, we were fine. Good quality towels and bed linen. We only used the restaurant service for breakfast. The quality was good. Reception staff very pleasant.

Nice days. The cottages are very much on top of each other though, are neat. It's like Mass is Checkout! In the fall happy quiet. In the evening very dark park. Advice more lighting. Also more garbage cans would not be a luxury, just like poop bags for the dog. Finally, the digital key had more disadvantages than advantages for us. We had to constantly have our cell phone with us, which we are not used to. If you forget it and the door slams shut in the evening, you can't get back in! Also the reception is then no longer there! We found that quite a thing!
