The tents convey a complete "glamping" feeling. Only in cold temperatures does it feel like normal camping.

We stayed here for a long weekend in June. The campground is large and there are several options in terms of pitches. On an open field or just a little more privacy with bushes fenced in. We preferred pitch 401 based on the map. This is a somewhat smaller field, close to sanitary facilities and swimming pool. Unfortunately also with the least playground, only a small slide and sandbox. There are plenty of nice playgrounds all over the campsite. The spots on this field were ok, but am glad we didn't have rain. Because the spots are somewhat in a pit and we would have definitely stood in a puddle of water. The plumbing is not the best. The showers have a weak jet and a timer of 5 min, after which you have to wait another 5 min. This makes it almost impossible to wash your hair normally. And even though it was quite busy with campers, the toilets were only cleaned once a day. In the evening I actually did not want to use them anymore, so dirty! Swimming pool all nice. Part can be covered. Large paddling pool, slide and also space to swim laps. Paddling pool fenced off for extra safety, great! Opening hours of the supermarket was very limited 1 to 2 hours on a day and nearest ordinary supermarket still at least fifteen minutes drive. But if you take this into account it is fine. When we were there there was unfortunately no animation, but fortunately there is plenty to do on the campsite. The restaurant and terrace are a great place for a snack and a drink. Eaten once in the evening but that experience was less. We were very rushed to make a choice and order quickly. "Because they have a small kitchen and then we could join the ordering round"??? The restaurant was 1/3 full....? Food otherwise fine. All in all nice campground in nice area. We had a great time and super for kids.

There's so much to write about Camping Villanova Park following our 4 night stay in the middle of October 2025 with friends in our motorhomes. The first impressions are very much the same as our last impressions, a very well maintained as near to immaculate a campsite as we've stayed on in recent years. The only drawback or slight negative point is the location, being a 30 minute cycle ride from the coast and the main town. Upon our arrival the reception staff were friendly, polite, courteous & helpful. We were even given a Villanova 'bag for life' shopping bag. The campsite, very large in size, has a mix of camping pitches, pitches for motorhomes & camping cars as well as their own accommodation & that of holiday companies like Eurocamp. The site is immaculately clean and well maintained, everyday we saw the staff working on maintaining the site, from planting flower beds, replacing light bulbs in the street furniture to clearing pitches of pine needles. The washblocks were immaculate, ok yes we were visiting in low season when the site wasn't particularly busy, but still the impression was very good. I could imagine in the height of high season that the site is very crowded & busy, possibly not as comfortable a place to be as it was during our October visit. The restaurant, bar and main shop were all open, with the restaurant still serving meals throughout the day. We went to the out of season Wednesday night function, just over €17 each with a bottle of wine, welcome drink & 3 course meal with entertainment; excellent value for money. The staff throughout the site & our stay, along with the 'lifers' & residents were all so friendly. The facilities are very good with pretty much everything you'll need for a comfortable & enjoyable break. Visiting out of season was perfect for us, not very busy, just relaxing. Not sure what it would be like in the high season, probably very busy. The pool area was very nice, a great place to sit, just below the restaurant & bar, to relax & soak up the sun. The shop was well stocked, and whilst more expensive than a major supermarket, was still very convenient for what we needed during our short stay. As I say the only negative was the location, the site is quite a way out of the main town, but we were assured by the residents who we met, that the site is well served by local buses, which was evident when we left the site to cycle into the town. All-in-all a very nice site. There was work going on whilst we were there to replace some chalets close to the main shop, evidence of continual site improvement. Check out my other reviews & photos. What a fantastic experience. It is wonderfully røstig, but certainly not quiet. There is a fantastic atmosphere. The "living room" is a lovely residence where there is coffee and tea all day. At the toilets and dishwashing facility there is just neat detergent and tea towels. For people in a tent or pod there is neat cooking equipment and if you want to cook on an open fire or just light a fire, everything is possible. There is also a free to use sauna. Staff is very helpful and receives you with a big smile. At night it is very cozy around the campfire and the atmospheric lighting throughout the campsite makes it just that little bit more complete. A small kiosk with refreshments and even a kookhøt where you can cook yourself on an open fire or as we had even booked a 5 course dinner with the talented. We have had a camper for 18 years and stayed at many campsites, but like this experience never had before. So we will definitely come back to Dorst as well. By the way, this campsite is in 2 locations in the Netherlands, but had actually booked the wrong one (in retrospect, it was just great!). By bike from the campsite to Breda is still about 45 minutes, but ach.... you have the time to yourself. No whining kids, no Koos rabbit etc. but lots of laughter and the occasional good conversation. What more could you want.... Thanks to the whole team at Røstig in Dorst. Bas and Karin

We vacationed here in the autumn vacations of 2025. Quite a nice campsite in itself. However, there is nothing going on here in the fall. There weren't many campers and they were spread all over the site, so you were almost on your own. Certainly nice for some, but not so much for us. We deduct one star because there is no space for the car on the comfort pitch by the water; these pitches are more expensive and should also be larger. Luckily there were enough free spaces, otherwise we would have had to park quite far away. If it rains and you want to leave with the kids, it's rather unpleasant. We deduct the second one because the wash houses were simply not really clean despite the small number of campers. The cleaning interval was simply too short. In general, however, the sanitary facilities are fine. But you have to like the "container style". It is also a pity that the offers of the place are probably not really available in the fall. (Snack bar, childcare only for a certain number of children with advance reservation, ...). ) The site is also hardly illuminated. A flashlight is important, as there are dangers of tripping, slipping or twisting your ankle on the paths. We may give the course another chance in the summer.

Good campsite, but very expensive. We stayed at the campsite for 4 days. The site is very large and well equipped. There is a lot on offer, especially for children. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I have to deduct 1 star because of the price structure. We were there at the end of October (shortly before closing) and paid around €83.00 per night with 2 children. That's quite a lot for the absolute low season (I'd rather not write anything about the prices in summer😒). Restaurants on the site are all ok (standard), but also quite expensive (pasta dish 16-22€). It's ok for me that Croatia is generally catching up financially, but I think it's a bit exaggerated that it's now often around 40-50% more expensive than Italy or Austria, for example. 1x washing machine (10,00€!!) We are now on our way back to Lake Garda for another 5 days (also a relatively large campsite with entertainment etc.), and here we pay approx. 44.00€ per night (pizza 11-12€, washing machine 5.00€). As I said, I don't begrudge the Croatians, and an alignment of prices with neighboring countries was overdue, and everyone should earn good money, but unfortunately it has now been completely exaggerated. I don't know whether there is a political or private economic reason, but we won't be back next year (only because of the pricing policy).

Nice park with a simple but fine pool for an hour of entertainment with children (tip: bring something of a ball or inflatable items yourself) Playground, table tennis table, soccer cage etc. On the park restaurant with small indoor playground and possibility of bowling. Surrounding area offers enough for beautiful walks in the woods and fun trips, such as Julianatoren, apenheul, zoo Amersfoort etc.

We stayed in Chalet 57 for a few days and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. Everything we needed for cooking and eating was there. Even the dog got treats and bags as a present. Everything worked and was clean. Even though the 3 bedrooms were very small, there was plenty of storage space in the rooms. The terrace was also very nice with a privacy screen. The complex is beautifully designed, very clean and there is a lot on offer for small children. You really feel welcome here. There were minor flaws, but they didn't bother us. (Noisy gas boiler, door stuck) We therefore give it a clear recommendation. But it's worth comparing prices in advance.

But what a disappointment!!!!!!!! I'm still looking for good reasons to deserve the 4 stars.... The pool was so hot that we caught pneumonia, the mobile home very uncomfortable (the slats of the bed bases broken or dismantled, mattresses out of order, insulation close to zero, rusty radiators ...) services mentioned on the website but a priori not for holidaymakers of All Saints ... in short beautiful area, we will return for sure but not in this campsite!

Stayed for a week with a family with young children (ages 3&6). The park is beautiful, spacious, very nice playgrounds that are great for both young and old children. The farmhouse (13 persons) is spacious inside with a large garden. The interior is mainly practical, not very cozy. Nice beds, a pity that there are many single beds. The equipment in the kitchen worked fine, the inventory is in need of some renewal. Really sport canteen tableware, of a luxury cottage you may expect more in this day and age. Another point of interest: mosquito nets. Special but there were a lot of mosquitoes and that the previous holidaymakers have also noticed, on all walls are blood stains. You should really want to paint this because it just looks dirty. We skipped the plaza with the indoor playground and the restaurant, it was often chaotic and dirty (food on the floor, unmade tables). The jungle playground is very fun and challenging but also here you could make something more in terms of atmosphere. The pool was fun for the kids, plenty of entertainment. It is just a bit too small for the number of guests, which made it hard to keep up with the cleaning. Many dirty floors in both the changing rooms and the pool itself. Outside the park it looks fine, in terms of atmosphere and the "inside" you should really expect more in terms of price from a park like this. When things are refurbished, we will definitely return. Another big compliment to the technical service who repaired one of our bikes, top! And oh yes, be sure to bring your own bike because from our cottage it was a 1.5 km walk to get to the pool.

A solid choice for a family getaway, The three bedrooms offered plenty of space, and having two bathrooms was a real bonus, The living room was comfortable, and we enjoyed watching movies on the smart TV, The surrounding nature was also beautiful,

Very nice cottages, and gorgeous park. Nice and spacious and quiet. Pool is nice for the kids. Overall, the experience is luxurious, with some areas for improvement: Accommodation itself could be better in a few areas: one of the bedrooms smells strongly of mold (we didn't need that bedroom, so didn't suffer much, but still worth mentioning). The equipment of the kitchen is also a bit muddled: for example, the coffee machine uses eso pads which are hard to get in the supermarket and which cost €0.6/stk in the store here. There is also no tea towel, no dish brush and no baking paper etc present. Finally, the lighting is not dimmable. In the living area the lighting is soft and warm, but precisely in the bedrooms the lighting is very bright and unpleasant. Going to the toilet at night means using phone as a light or waking up your partner with a bright spotlight. That's a shame.
