Horsens City CampNice campsite with good and clean service facilities, large pitches for caravans and tents as well as several good play facilities for children and not least a nice swimming pool. The campsite is also well located in relation to the many great experiences Horsens has to offer. If you like cycling, the area around Horsens is also perfect for that 🥳😎

Camping & Ferienpark BrilonTwo weeks ago, we booked a parking space for the end of the year. Unfortunately, our vehicle is now in the workshop for a few weeks. It is a great pity that Camping Brilon could not and would not accommodate us. We were only very briefly informed of the cancellation conditions. We know that these are of course legally binding, but the communication was very poor. Although the telephone should have been manned according to the opening times, no one could be reached by telephone and our email was not answered either! Then when someone was available by phone the next day, they only answered with Camping Brilon, there was only a very brief reference to the conditions and when asked if there was any other possibility of postponing, there was only a curt: No! A real shame, customer-friendly communication is different! There are nice places elsewhere, even with friendly service! We won't be booking here again.

Wir haben vor zwei Wochen einen Stellplatz für Ende des Jahres gebucht. Nun ist es leider so, dass unser Fahrzeug für einige Wochen in der Werkstatt ist. Sehr schade ist, dass man uns bei Camping Brilon nicht entgegen kommen konnte und wollte. Wir wurden nur ganz knapp auf die Stornierungsbedingungen hingewiesen. Wir wissen, dass diese natürlich rechtlich greifen, aber die Kommunikation hierzu war sehr schlecht. Obwohl laut Öffnungszeiten das Telefon hätte besetzt sein sollen, konnte man niemanden telefonisch erreichen und auf unsere Email wurde auch nicht geantwortet! Dann als Tags drauf jemand telefonisch erreichbar war, man meldete sich auch nur mit Camping Brilon, gab es nur den ganz knappen Hinweis auf die Bedingungen und auf Nachfrage, ob es eventuell eine andere Möglichkeit des Verschiebens gäbe, gab es nur ein knappes: Nein! Wirklich schade, kundenfreundliche Kommunikation geht anders! Schöne Plätze gibt es auch anderswo, sogar mit freundlichem Service! Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen.

De BiesboschThis park, after having visited several europarcs in recent years, is by far the least so far. Cottage met the description, but mold present...catering is all closed because there is no permit. Many permanent residents and therefore a strange composition of cottages, villas and overdue maintenance here and there. That which falls under the management of the park is nicely maintained such as greenery and garbage and there is surveillance. The service at the park was otherwise fine and it is very quiet in terms of fireworks and nuisance. Swimming pool is fine, small but adequate, especially for the kids. You can rent a bike or e-chopper and a boat and is easily accessible from the A16.

Dit park is, na meerdere europarcs bezocht te hebben de afgelopen jaren, verreweg de minste tot zover. Huisje voldeed aan de omschrijving, maar wel schimmel aanwezig...horeca is allemaal dicht want er is geen vergunning. Veel permanente bewoners en daardoor een vreemde samenstelling van huisjes, villa's en achterstallig onderhoud her en der. Hetgeen onder beheer van het park valt, wordt mooi bijgehouden zoals groen en vuilnis en er is surveillance. De service op het park was verder prima en het is erg rustig qua vuurwerk en overlast. Zwembad is fijn, klein maar voldoet, zeker voor de kinderen. Je kan er een fiets of e-chopper huren en een bootje en is makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de A16.
