Urban Gardens is a large spread out campsite with nicely designed pitch areas depending on whether you choose hard standing or grass. Many of the pitches are gloomy as they are all surrounded by tall trees. Adjacent to the campsite is a beautiful lake which is a hive of activity with many different water sports on offer. The area is surrounded by sports and games activities from various clubs and organisations in the Ghent vicinity. Unfortunately during our visit the showers at Facility 2 were on the cold side of luke warm, there were 3 dish washing sinks,none with hot water and no one seemed to bother if other campers used a men’s or women’s facility ! Apparently the campsite is under a development programme to include upgraded facilities and accommodation. We didn’t try the pizza after reading the poor reviews. If you plan to use the bus for a visit into the city it’s a bit complicated and not explained by the campsite staff at all. The bus leaves every 20 minutes or so just around the corner from the reception road. It’s a park and ride bus so caters for all the commuters who leave their vehicles in the many car parks adjacent to the campsite. Jump on the number 11 bus and sit at the front as you’ll need to get off at the next stop and buy a ticket at the machine, the driver is happy to wait while you do this and the machine is in various languages so all very easy. The fare is 30 cents per person for a return ticket. Ghent city centre is very interesting and lots to see. If you like artistic graffiti ( not the vandalism type ) then a walk down Graffiti Street is a must. There are an abundance of cafés and restaurants. Beware of the trams and local cyclists who all ride very fast !

Super schöner Campingplatz mitten in der Natur, sehr ruhig, es stehen vielfältige Unterkünfte zur Verfügung, Essen am Platz war sehr lecker (am Wochenende werden zusätzlich Tagesgerichte angeboten), sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Besitzer, super schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe

Venu mis septembre avec ma compagne, l’accueil était agréable, nous avons pût manger sur place a emporter le soir, très bon. Nous avons malencontreusement eu un problème durant la nuit qui n’étais pas de la faute des propriétaire qui ont été malgré tout très réactif et compréhensif, merci encore à vous ! Je recommande.

Super expérience au Domaine des Feuilles, avec en particulier un très beau coucher de soleil sur l'étang le soir (très apprécié depuis notre petite terrasse). Nous étions dans la cabane Roseaux, très charmante et bien agencée. Le lieu est très original et unique ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé le panier repas, livré à la cabane, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons aussi apprécié pouvoir faire un tour de barque le matin. Dans les pistes d'amélioration: le ménage de la cabane pourrait être amélioré (toiles d'araignée sur le plafond et les lampes) et la salle de bain a des soucis d'humidité (donc des odeurs assez désagréables).

De IJsvogel is een fantastisch park. Vriendelijk personeel Wij zaten in de Tiny Wellness Cabin. Het is om het huisje al gezellig ingericht en binnen modern en netjes. De bedden lagen heerlijk De infrarood douche was heel fijn en de jacuzzi was heerlijk. Ook fijn dat het water meerdere keren in de week netjes werd gecontroleerd. Ook de beautysalon op het park was een fijne aanvulling. Wij komen graag weer.

Een prachtig vakantiepark waar ze nog wel bezig zijn met vernieuwen, maar een groot deel is al klaar. Heel mooi.

Rustig en heerlijke bungalow prachtige omgeving genieten.

Emplacement c car face au lac, prix correct sanitaire simple mais propre. Piscine couverte et extérieure que nous avons pas profitez.

Camping calme .. Installation sanitaire ok. Manque d'active. Promenade ok

Onze eerste ervaring met een glampingtent en beslist niet onze laatste! We voelden ons erg welkom op de boerderij van Rudi & Miranda. Zeker voor onze jongens was dit een bijzondere ervaring zo tussen de koeien en door het ritje op de trekker bij Rudi. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken op deze knusse, kleinschalige glamping.
