Camping de StrasbourgThe campsite itself is really nice, clean and well located - and the website is also very well designed. Unfortunately, there is a clear lack of customer service: three emails went unanswered. The lady at reception was polite, but without any real warmth - there's just a lack of love for the guest. We had rented a Schindler trolley; unfortunately, the bed linen in one of the trolleys was dirty and even torn. Too bad, with a little more care and friendliness this would really be a great place!

Der Campingplatz an sich ist wirklich schön, sauber und gut gelegen – und auch die Homepage ist super aufgebaut. Leider hapert es deutlich beim Kundenservice: Drei E-Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Am Empfang war die Dame zwar höflich, aber ohne wirkliche Herzlichkeit – da fehlt einfach ein bisschen Liebe zum Gast. Wir hatten einen Schindlerwagen gemietet; bei einem der Wagen war die Bettwäsche leider dreckig und sogar angerissen. Schade, mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit wäre das wirklich ein toller Platz!

Hemos pasado el fin de Halloween y ha estado muy divertido,ánimo a qué venga la gente en familia tanto en verano,como en la temporada del Halloween. El bungalow,al llegar estaba limpio,y solo el detalle que te dejan las limpiadoras dice mucho de ellas.Bolsa de basura,balletas,estropajo, bolsa de basura, papel WC etc... Minor drawbacks for the high standard of accommodation: cobwebs all over the bungalow, cleaning clearly in need of improvement! Access to the PMR bungalow via a wooden ramp is very slippery in wet weather. If you're not PRM when you arrive, chances are you will be before you leave! Soundproofing: we could hear "booms" coming from the caravans just behind us when people were just walking around... A curtain on the bathroom window would be a plus, as it opens into the bedroom and cannot be hidden.

Expérience sympa, on se sent immergé dans la nature. Activités et jeux pour tous les âges. Proximité du Centre ville et des commerces. Petits bémols pour le standing affiché: les toiles d'araignées un peu partout dans le bungalow, un ménage clairement perfectible! L'accès au bungalow PMR par une rampe en bois est fortement glissant en cas de pluie. Si vous n'êtes pas PMR à vôtre arrivée, il y a de fortes chances de l'être avant vôtre départ! Isolation phonique, nous entendions des "booms" venant des roulottes juste derrière alors que les gens ne faisaient que marcher... Un rideau à la fenêtre de la salle de bain serait un plus, celle ci donnant dans la chambre sans possibilité de l'occulter.
