I highly recommend this campsite

Super nice and cozy campsite, with a lot of attention to the decoration and atmosphere. There is plenty to do for young and old, ensuring that everyone has a good time. The campsite offers several dining options and there is even a nice store with, among other things, delicious local products. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!🏕☀️

We stayed at the motorhome site for one night. Sanitary facilities were clean. There is a pool and fantastic scenery

Good location, helpful staff. Gave us hiking recommendations. Hikes right from the site in the ohcre mines. Lots of toilets and showers, all clean, bar on site, bread and croissant ordering. Superhelpful. Pitches are lovely. We were allowed to wonder round and pick a pitch.

Das Waschhaus am Teich ist alt, davon gibt es natürlich keine Bilder. Alt wäre ok wenn es denn sauber wäre. 4 Minuten Reinigungzeit für den kompletten Dusch- und Waschbereich sind einfach zu wenig. Man benötigt eine Karte zum Duschen, das Wasser kam nur lauwarm oder kalt, auch wenn kein anderer geduscht hat. Zum Abspülen benötigt man ebenfalls eine Karte. Die Geschirrspüler waren richtig versifft und dreckig. Die Becken für das Geschirr sind leider auch super dreckig. Wir waren richtig enttäuscht, denn der Platz sieht auf den Bilder toll aus. Die Wege sind sauber, auf unserem Stellplatz gab es aber keinen Quadratmeter ohne Müll. Der See ist schön. Tagelang kein Klopapier und keine Seife- das geht nicht. Die Leute haben schon eigenes Klopapier mitgenommen. Ein Ferienhaus wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten gereinigt, die restlichen 15 Minuten stand man zum Rauchen davor. So ein dreckiges Waschhaus hatten wir noch nirgendwo! Ich denke die Bilder sprechen für sich, sie wurden an verschiedenen Tagen aufgenommen.

Very nice park, with good facilities. Beautiful surroundings where you will be short of time.

We had an excellent time at Camping le Val de Cesse. Both the manager and the hostel staff are attentive to your needs, but also friendly and welcoming. So much so, that the manager listens to you, we didn't feel very comfortable in the rental we had booked and well, not for a second, he didn't hesitate to offer us a sizeable upgrade as he installed us in a prenium accommodation without a single extra euro, this is exceptional !!!! and it's important to point it out. Even if some improvements are planned for the campsite, we are delighted to have chosen this campsite for our first stay in this region and will not hesitate to rent again if we return. Special thanks to Franck and his wife for their heart-warming gesture. We wish you every success for the future.

Many free pitches in the low season. Very nice pitches and great layout. Even a sandy beach. Lots of steep paths, of course. Otherwise everything you would expect from such a large site. BUT: On the phone they really wanted my credit card number to make a firm reservation and acted as if there were only 2 pitches left! WLAN free of charge and good. We will be back!

Beach access, bread service and snack.

To summarize briefly: I consider this campsite to be a pure rip-off. Booked extra ONE YEAR in advance. We wanted to be close to the beach. We got the pitch at the OUTER end. Eat or die 1400 km away from home. Friends had booked 3 contiguous pitches a year earlier. They were all torn apart. The pitch actually allocated to us was occupied. A tree in the middle of our beach. You have to pay extra for everything. 80 a night for a pitch without a beach with a tree but €8 per sun lounger, €100 a week for the bouncy castle for the children or €11.50 every half hour. Div play equipment sucks up money. But are suddenly not the property of the campsite. So no money back. Telephone number of the operator unknown. A lot of money, little service. They clearly don't rely on customers coming back here, well, we don't do that either... An employee asked me to speak to the manager personally, saying that many tourists complained to her every day, but the manager wasn't interested. That says it all.
