    The campground is fantastic in terms of value for the money.
    The beds are very large and comfortable,
    Just like the ones in a hotel.
    Sheets and towels are included...
    The large pool was closed, but the small one is great for the off-season.
    There are a lot of mosquitoes, so it’s best to come prepared...

    Las camas muy grandes y cómodas,
    Como las de un hotel.
    Con sábanas y toallas incluidas...
    La piscina grande estaba cerrada, pero la pequeña está muy bien para temporada baja.
    Hay mucho mosquito y es mejor ir preparado...
    Por lo demás perfecto! La ubicación es muy buena también.

    Molt bona experiència de glàmping. Molt confortable i acollidora...només una cosa a tenir en compte és en portar algun producte per dins i fora pels mosquits.
    Els tres espais independents (bany, pica i tipi) molt ben pensats

    I definitely do not recommend it at all. The premium bungalows aren’t equipped to handle the excessive humidity that builds up inside—they’re not well-ventilated at all. We asked if they could give us a free day due to my bone health issues, but they said no. Plus, it’s infested with mosquitoes, and they don’t spray the campground as they should.

    No lo recomiendo para nadaaaa. Los bungalows premium no estan acondicionados para tantisima humedad que se crea dentro, no esta nada bien acondicionado. Habiendo reclamado por si nos podian abonar un dia dado mi salud de huesos, nos dijeron que no.y aparte esta infestado de mosquitos y no sulfatan el camping como habria que hacerlo.

    We spent the Pilar weekend at a campsite. The location was good, and the activities for the kids were perfect. The downside was that we ended up with a very shady site—which is nice in the summer, but in October we would have appreciated more sun. The site was too small for a three-room trailer, and there wasn't room for the car.

    Pèssima experiència, no recomano aquest allotjament a ningú. Vam reservar-hi només per una nit i ha estat un autèntic desastre tant per les instal·lacions com pel tracte del personal.

    Pocs minuts després d'arribar vam veure que la llum exterior no funcionava. Vam avisar a recepció i, tot i atendre'ns amb males ganes, ens van dir que ho … vindrien a arreglar. Vam estar esperant gairebé dues hores a l'estança i no va aparèixer ningú. L'endemà al matí va arribar el pitjor: en intentar dutxar-nos, el desguàs estava totalment embossat i el lavabo es va inundar sencer, amb l'aigua sobreeixint per sota la porta. Ens vam quedar sense poder fer servir el bany en tota l'estada.

    El servei d'atenció al client va ser nul. Vam haver d'anar a recepció fins a quatre vegades. Cap treballador es va dignar a venir a comprovar la inundació i, tot i que hi havia altres estances buides al recinte, es van negar a reubicar-nos o donar-nos una solució real.

    El fet més greu va ser quan vam demanar el Full de Reclamació Oficial. Es van negar a donar-nos-el. Ens van intentar colar un document mal imprès i ens van mentir a la cara dient que per als allotjaments s'utilitzava "un full especial". A més, es van negar en rodó a deixar-nos parlar amb direcció ni ens van voler facilitar cap dada de contacte.

    Instal·lacions deficients, nul·la voluntat d'ajudar el client i, a sobre, t'amaguen els fulls oficials de reclamació per no assumir les seves responsabilitats. Eviteu aquest lloc a tota costa.

    This campsite's reservation details were hacked 3 days before our arrival. The hackers contacted me 3 days before our arrival and requested payment. They had our name, exact details of our reservation with the exact details of arrival and departure dates. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid a duplicate payment. Then for the rest of my holiday … I had to use a more expensive card. I did not receive any notification, apology or compensation from the company after I told them that I had submitted my card details.
    The bar, restaurant and reception are great. However, the pitches and toilet block are below standard.
    We will not return
