    We loved the place! The only downside was the racist comments from the man at the front desk because I'm not Catalan. What's strange is that he works at a place that welcomes travelers, but apparently he's only interested in treating the locals well.

    My experience with this accommodation has been very disappointing. Due to a family health issue, I requested an exceptional cancellation through Booking, using the option designed specifically for these situations.

    Throughout the entire process, I received nothing but excuses and contradictory responses. Finally, Judith told me they couldn’t cancel the reservation because, according to her, “you can’t cancel through Booking.” The most frustrating part is that they didn’t even reject the exception request sent by Booking, leaving me for days without a clear answer and unable to resolve the situation.

    The customer service has been terrible. There has been a lack of professionalism, transparency, and, above all, empathy regarding the situation. Instead of trying to help or provide a solution, they just kept stalling until the possibility of resolving the problem became even more complicated.

    I fully understand that cancellation policies exist, but when an accommodation has the option to consider an exception—and initially confirms that it will accept it—the least one can expect is consistency and honesty. The lack of flexibility and the extremely poor handling of this incident mean that I cannot recommend this establishment at all.

    Mi experiencia con este alojamiento ha sido muy decepcionante. Debido a un problema de salud familiar, solicité una cancelación excepcional a través de Booking, utilizando la opción que existe precisamente para estos casos.

    Durante todo el proceso solo recibí excusas y respuestas contradictorias. Finalmente, Judith me dijo que no podían cancelar la reserva porque, según ella, “a través de Booking no se puede cancelar”. Lo más frustrante es que tampoco rechazaron la solicitud de excepción enviada por Booking, dejándome durante días sin una respuesta clara y sin poder resolver la situación.

    La atención al cliente ha sido nefasta. Ha faltado profesionalidad, transparencia y, sobre todo, empatía ante la situación. En lugar de intentar ayudar o dar una solución, solo han ido dando largas hasta que la posibilidad de resolver el problema se ha complicado aún más.

    Entiendo perfectamente que existan políticas de cancelación, pero cuando un alojamiento tiene la posibilidad de valorar una excepción y además inicialmente confirma que la va a aceptar, lo mínimo que se espera es coherencia y honestidad. La falta de flexibilidad y la gestión tan deficiente de esta incidencia hacen que no pueda recomendar este establecimiento en absoluto.

    Our experience was wonderful in every way, except for the detail that the restaurant was under renovation and there was no entertainment or bar due to illness. Even so, everything else was really great. A super quiet place where pets are allowed. Great bungalows, very good location with perfect views of Pedraforca, super comfortable beds, air conditioning that works wonderfully well, and is super well equipped. We have been 2 couples with children and an elderly person and we will repeat for sure!

    Nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa en todos los sentidos, excepto por el detalle que el restaurante estaba en reformas y no había animación ni bar debido a enfermedad.
    Aun así, todo lo demás ha sido verdaderamente genial.
    Un lugar super tranquilo en el que dejan llevar a mascotas.
    Bungalows estupendos, ubicación muy buena con vistas del Pedraforca perfectas, disponen de camas súper cómodas, aire acondicionado que funciona maravillosamente bien, y está super bien equipado.
    Hemos ido 2 parejas con niños y una persona mayor y repetiremos segurísimo!!

    Hemos regresado este año 2026 y el restaurante estaba abierto y lo han decorado precioso.
    No tengo palabras de agradecimiento suficiente para Alberto.
    Mi sobrina se cayó en la piscina y fuimos en busca de algo fresquito y nos ofreció hielo con una rapidez y cuidado inmejorable.
    Más tarde fuimos a tomar unos helados y cafés, y su atención fue absolutamente exquisita y servicial. Da gusto encontrar personal que atienda con ese tacto y profesionalidad.
