Mobile Home Basic Family - 4 persons

Ens han donat el bungalow G06, és molt vell, deixat i súper petit per a 5 persones. No hi ha espai per a res, la nevera és tant petita que no hi cap el menjar per a 4 dies. Ens fa L’efecte que la part de dalt del càmping l’han abandonat força, ja que aquests bungalows s’haurien de renovar. A part, la neteja és molt millorable, tant la part de dins com la de fora, entre les fustes del terra s’hi veu brutícia de fa molt de temps i la catifeta fa fàstic.

My review is mainly directed at the children’s entertainment team, since both Álex and María were so wonderful with our little ones. This is the first time we’ve been to a campground where there’s such a great atmosphere and such a strong sense of involvement. Thank you so much for everything.

It does not have a water fill valve for RVs, nor does it have a gray water drain valve.

It's a shame because it's a place with a lot of potential and a great location, but the employees seem grumpy and stressed, the cleaning is superficial, and the facilities aren't maintained to the standard you'd expect for the price you pay. Broken things and water leaks…

Right in the middle of August—knowing that it’s the busiest month— the service is terrible—at the front desk, the campsites, and the restaurant. At 5:00 p.m., they told us they couldn’t make us coffee because they didn’t have any clean cups; we asked for Cacaolat, and they couldn’t do that either because they didn’t have any clean cups… We were totally shocked—an unbelievable staff shortage and terrible organization. I think they should really think this through and hire more staff because it’s a disaster across the board.

I wasn't sure whether to give it 3 or 4 stars—it's somewhere in between. I'm a little hesitant to post this review, but I think it might be helpful.

🙌🏻 POSITIVE: The service from the front desk staff is impeccable. The location is unbeatable. If you want to wake up in the mountains and see the breathtaking Pedraforca without any filters… This is the place

🤷🏻‍♀️ NEGATIVE: The facilities could be much better for the price they charge. The grounds are poorly maintained. They really need to step it up for those prices. Many of the cabins require climbing ramps and/or stairs, so it’s not very suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. It’s inconvenient to have the car so far away and to have to go back and forth to unload your things.

🍽️ RESTAURANT: A bit pricey for the quality of the food. Limited menu. Very good service from the staff.
