    There's a woman at the front desk who really should retire—she's very unpleasant. The young woman, on the other hand, is fine. We just arrived, and if it weren't for the fact that the bungalow is nice, we would have left.

    The campground has a spectacular setting, with beautiful views of Pedraforca, and we thought the location was fantastic for enjoying the surroundings.

    However, we were quite disappointed with the bungalow in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. Cleanliness left much to be desired, and it was clear that the bungalow needed proper … maintenance. We found several issues: the light in the refrigerator was burned out and it wasn’t cooling properly, the LED light in the bathroom wasn’t working either, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and there were cracked door frames, among other issues...

    Additionally, the condition of the playground: the baby swing was missing the safety bar that goes between the legs to prevent the child from slipping through, something we consider important.

    It’s a shame, because given the location and surroundings, the accommodation could be much more pleasant. With a good overhaul—in terms of both cleanliness and maintenance—the experience would improve significantly.

    El camping tiene una situación espectacular, con unas vistas preciosas al Pedraforca, y la ubicación nos pareció fantástica para disfrutar del entorno.

    Sin embargo, el bungalow nos decepcionó bastante en cuanto a limpieza y estado de conservación. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y se notaba que necesita un buen mantenimiento. Encontramos varios desperfectos: la luz de la nevera estaba fundida y no enfriaba suficiente, el LED del baño tampoco funcionaba, la puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente y había marcos de puertas agrietados, entre otros detalles...

    Además, el estado del parque infantil: en el columpio destinado a bebés faltaba la pieza de seguridad que va entre las piernas para evitar que el niño pueda deslizarse, algo que consideramos importante.

    Es una pena, porque por la ubicación y el entorno el alojamiento podría ser mucho más agradable. Con una buena puesta a punto, tanto en limpieza como en mantenimiento, la experiencia mejoraría muchísimo.

    Hem passat unes vacances excel·lents.
    En aquest càmping hem trobat la tranquil·litat que buscàvem, en un entorn immillorable ple de natura i amb les impressionants vistes del Pedraforca.
    L'atenció per part del personal, ha estat molt bona, en especial a oficines, on ens han atès mol bé i ens han ajudat a l'hora d'organitzar les nostres … visites al territori i resolt els nostres dubtes.
    Realment ha estat una estada molt agradable i recomanem de tot cor aquest càmping, nosaltres segur que repetirem.

    A trip as a couple with our pet.
    We were looking for peace and relaxation, and we definitely found it.
    Our stay in one of the wooden cabins was perfect, with spectacular views of Pedraforca.
    The staff was friendly—especially the guys at the restaurant—who were very attentive, and the food was top-notch.
