General information

During your glamping vacation you will stay with up to 5 people in a very spacious safari tent. This way you camp entirely in style, equipped with all comforts. The attractive and luxurious safari tent is fully equipped with inventory, furniture and features a fantastic kitchen.

To make luxury glamping accessible and affordable for everyone, this safari tent is not equipped with plumbing. But it does have air conditioning and heating!

Each safari tent is equipped with a wooden veranda and luxury lounge set under a spacious awning, so you can sit outside regardless of the weather. The canvas between the veranda and the living area can be partially or completely raised at your discretion, creating even more living space: maximum enjoyment of the outdoors while still covered. Inside you will find a comfortable kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, table, chairs and a closet for all your vacation outfits.

In this luxury safari tent there are standard five sleeping places: 1x double bed (1.60 x 2.00), 1x double bed (1.40 x 2.00) and 1x single bed (0.80 x 2.00). Comforters and pillows are of course standard when you go glamping. Under sheets, comforter covers and pillowcases you need to bring your own or can easily be rented. You can also rent the baby kit, consisting of a safe crib and a sturdy high chair.

    Cancellation or change of booking


    Reservations can only be cancelled in writing.

    Cancellation fees:

    • For cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.
    • Cancellations between 60 and 28 days prior to arrival in the accommodation will be charged 60% of the travel fee.
    • Cancellations between 27 and 1 day before arrival in the tent will be charged 90% of the travel price.
    • Cancellations on the day of arrival at the accommodation will be charged in full.

    For changes made within 5 days of the booking date, the costs as stated in article 3 paragraph 1 may be waived by agreement

    The main booker can request changes to reservations up to 8 weeks before arrival at the accommodation. The change fee, if agreed, is €25.

    Changes involving partial cancellation are subject to the cancellation conditions for that part.

    If the reserved period is extended during the stay at the campsite, you must pay for the additional stay at the campsite, according to the prices listed on the website. No claim can be made to any offers.

    We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance at the time of booking. The premium is 5.5% of the travel sum, € 3.50 policy cost and 21% insurance tax (on premium and policy cost).

    The following payment terms are applicable

    • Your deposit when booking is only 20% (payable within 7 days of booking).
    • 56 days before arrival you only need to pay the remaining payment (80%).
    • Important: when booking within 60 days before arrival at the accommodation, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately.

    Great for swimming, with a designated dog area. Nice and shady.
    Umag has a great downtown area.
    The mobile homes are well-equipped and modern, and everything is very clean.
    About 5 minutes to the beach.

    This was our second year here, but unfortunately we won’t be coming back.
    We booked a “superior” campsite (which was supposed to have more shade, as we were told when we made the reservation).
    The campsite was in the sun and completely dark at night; the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the water and electricity hookups were inconvenient because they … were blocked by the hedge.
    The bathrooms/restrooms are extremely dirty; they’re cleaned with just water and a sponge or with alcohol. Often, the same dirt stays in the same spot for days.
    I saw them clean with proper cleaning products only once during my stay.
    There was a strong smell of fish and rot in the bathrooms, perhaps due to the refrigerator located there.
    On several occasions, I also found sanitary pads on the floor and cigarette butts in the bathrooms. These were not picked up for more than a day.
    During the last few days, it was impossible to stay on the campsite due to a strong smell of urine.
    Upon returning home, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that someone had urinated on the tent’s groundsheet.
    The only positive aspect was the pool.
    I submitted reports multiple times via the app recommended by the campground, but they were never addressed.
    I’m convinced that the campground isn’t responsible for guests’ lack of manners, but that it is their responsibility to resolve the problem once it’s been reported—and they failed to do so.
    It’s not worth the price you pay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

    Per noi é stato il secondo anno qui, purtroppo non torneremo.
    Abbiamo prenotato una piazzola superior (che dovrebbero avere più ombra, così ci é stato detto alla prenotazione).
    La piazzola era al sole, completamente al buio di notte, il Wi-Fi non prendeva, acqua e corrente erano scomode perchè coperte dalla siepe.
    I bagni/servizi sono estremamente sporchi, vengono puliti con acqua e spugna, oppure con alcol. Spesso la stessa sporcizia rimane nello stesso posto per giorni.
    Ho visto solo una volta durante il soggiorno pulire con prodotti adeguati.
    Nei bagni c’era un forte odore di pesce/marcescenza, forse dovuto al frigorifero ivi presente.
    Più volte ho trovato anche assorbenti igienici a terra e sigarette nei bagni. Che non venivano raccolti anche per più di un giorno.
    Gli ultimi giorni era impossibile stare in piazzala a causa di un forte odore di urina.
    Al ritorno a casa ho spiacevolmente scoperto che qualcuno aveva urinato sui teli di base della tenda.
    L’unica nota positiva è la piscina.
    Ho inviato più volte segnalazioni tramite l’app consigliata dal campeggio, non sono mai servite.
    Io sono convinta che non sia responsabilità del campeggio la poca educazione degli ospiti, ma che sia loro responsabilità risolvere il problema una volta segnalato, e così non hanno fatto.
    Non vale il prezzo che si paga, e non lo consiglierei.
    Peccato.

    A nice campground with plenty of shaded sites. Be sure to check out the site beforehand. Some sites have up to four trees, so a large trailer might not fit properly.

    Guter Campingplatz mit vielen schattigen Stellplätzen. Schaut euch vorher den Stellplatz an. Auf manchen Plätzen stehen bis zu vier Bäume sodass man mit einem großen Wohnwagen nicht richtig drauf passt.
