Guests appreciate the modern, very clean sanitary facilities that are constantly maintained, the lovely aquapark with infinity pool, and the expansive beach. Domek dostaliśmy dokładnie posprzątany (jedynie zasłony w oknach i poduszki z mebli ogrodowych powinny iść do prania). No troszkę przesada.

We had just been there for 6 nights.
I definitely expected more from a 5-star campground.
Except for the main road, which we drove down once, everything was covered in coarse gravel; I would have expected a level, graded path on the campsites. From our comfort site (behind the staff quarters), the path to the restroom building was pitch-black at night!!! There were no lights along the way. Walking over the coarse gravel with dishes wasn’t fun. I tripped over a stick—I couldn’t see a thing... But none of the staff noticed that the lights along the entire row were out.
The restroom facilities were clean, but with only 6 showers for dozens of sites, that meant standing in line from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Without adequate ventilation, it was very warm in there. The shower drains weren’t working. The water ran straight out of the stall into the hallway, where it constantly pooled. After showering, you were standing in a huge puddle. Some of the shelves in the showers had broken off the wall, as had the toilet flush handle... I didn’t see anyone with cleaning supplies during the day, and I didn’t think the sinks were very clean either...
We were traveling without children, so we can’t comment on the entertainment program.
Shopping options at the resort (groceries and a bakery) are very limited and expensive.
Since the resort is located about 4 km up a hill outside the town of Poveljana, where there are more shopping options, you’ll need a bike or to walk.
Reserving lounge chairs was really a hassle; we kept hearing about and seeing arguments over them. None of the staff stepped in to stop it.
Prices for the sports activities, restaurant, and bistro are already on the higher end.
There were still vacancies in September; we wouldn’t book in advance again, since that was much more expensive.
The areas with the pool were okay, but they were also unkempt and overgrown with weeds.
Bottom line: okay, but definitely not 5 stars.
