    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    We were there in our RV. When we checked in, we were offered the option to order baguettes and croissants for breakfast. They were supposed to be delivered at 9:00. When nothing had arrived by 10:00, we asked at the front desk. The curt reply was, “Something must have gone wrong.” A food truck was supposed to be on site at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. At 6:00 p.m., it still hadn’t arrived. We ended up cooking for ourselves. If you offer a service, it should actually work. Especially since there’s no grocery store nearby.
    The campground seems to be mainly for one-night stays. You can find cheaper places to stay elsewhere.

    Wir waren mit dem Wohnmobil dort. Beim einchecken wurde uns der Service angeboten Baguette und Croissants zum Frühstück zu bestellen. Das sollte dann um 9:00 geliefert werden. Als um 10:00 immer noch nichts da war, haben wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt. Die lapidare Antwort, da ist wohl etwas schiefgelaufen . Am Sonntag sollte um 17:00 Uhr ein Foodtruck vor Ort sein. Um 18:00 Uhr war dieser immer noch nicht da. Wir haben dann selbst gekocht. Wenn man einen Service anbietet, sollte er auch funktionieren. Vor allem da kein Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe ist.
    Der Platz dient wohl hauptsächlich für einmalige Übernachtung. Da kann man woanders preiswerter stehen.

    I came to spend a night camping at the campground.
    I had an incredibly refreshing change of scenery in the heart of nature.
    The camping spots are very well located within the campground, perched on a wooden structure, which offers a breathtaking view of nature and the sea.
    The sleeping arrangements are perfect—sheets and blankets are already provided.
    The bivouacs are located near a restroom facility.
    The only minor disappointment was that all the other bivouacs had a table, but mine didn’t. I managed without one, though, and it didn’t ruin my stay.
    I highly recommend this experience.

    Je suis venue passée une nuit en bivouac au sein du camping.
    J’ai passé une incroyablement dépaysante au cœur de la nature.
    Les bivouacs sont très bien localisés dans le camping, surplombés sur une structure en bois, ce qui offre une vue imprenable sur la nature ainsi que sur la mer.
    Le couchage est parfait, il y a déjà les draps ainsi que des plaids.
    Les bivouac sont situés a proximité d’un sanitaire.
    Le seul petit point où j’étais déçue, tous les bivouac avaient une table et je n’en avais pas, je me suis débrouillée sans, et je n’ai pas passer un mauvais séjour pour autant.
    Je recommande vivement cette expérience.

    We stayed for 3 nights in August—a great spot to park our camper van, a quiet and clean place with all the amenities you’d expect. Top-notch!
