The safari tent is a luxury safari tent suitable for up to 5 people, an ideal accommodation for a family or group vacation! With an area of 25m2. The special feature of this tent is that it is self-sufficient in terms of energy, in fact, solar lamps illuminate the tent. Eat together at the large table with chairs, throw open the front of the tent completely and enjoy the view and fresh air. Prepare meals in the full kitchen and unwind at the end of the day on one of the luxurious chairs or in one of the 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom you will find a large double bed, and in the other room there is a double bed and a bunk bed. With a length of 2 meters, the beds are suitable for both children and adults.

    A really fun experience at the farm with two incredibly kind people who work there! Our kids were running around all day, and you can even help out with milking or other chores on the farm. It’s important to be flexible and able to get around, though.

    We were able to ask Bert all our questions, and Muriel was great with our kids. Besides the great atmosphere, it was also interactive and interesting.

    Superleuke ervaring bij de boer met 2 superlieve mensen die hier werken! Onze kinderen waren de hele dag de hort op en zelf kan je meehelpen met melken of andere klusjes op de boerderij. Belangrijk is wel om flexibel en mobiel te zijn.

    Bert konden we al onze vragen stellen en Muriel was erg goed met onze kinderen. Naast de goede sfeer ook interactief en interessant.

    The safari tent is spacious and sturdy and is located in a beautiful, quiet spot. Unfortunately, we found it a bit dingy; the mattress felt saggy and we didn’t sleep well, but thankfully it was replaced after we mentioned this. The beds creaked, which kept us awake. The most inconvenient thing for us was that there was no running water or drain. That made doing the dishes a bit of a hassle. The building with the bathroom and refrigerator was 300–400 meters away, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean either.
    We thought the location was beautiful, but “glamping” is a bit of a stretch.

    De safaritent is ruim en stevig en staat op een mooie, rustige plek. We vonden het helaas wel smoezelig, de matras voelde doorgezakt en sliep slecht, maar werd gelukkig vervangen nadat we dit aangaven. De bedden kraakten, waardoor we elkaar wakker hielden. Het onhandigste vonden wij dat er geen stromend water/afvoer was. Dat vergde organisatie met afwas. Het gebouw met de badkamer en koelkast bevond zich op 300-400 meter afstand, en was helaas ook niet erg schoon.
    Wij vonden de plek mooi, maar ‘glamping’ een groot woord.

    We spent 3 nights in Muriel's lodge, with my partner and our two young children. The lodge is well equipped, comfortable, tastefully furnished and decorated. The view from the lodge terrace is fantastic: meadows and forests as far as the eye can see, a great playground for the kids. Muriel and Bert's welcome is perfect, they take great care of us and help the children discover the farm and nature. A guaranteed break from everyday life and a reconnection with nature.

    Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le lodge de Muriel, avec mon conjoint et nos deux jeunes enfants. Le lodge est bien équipé, confortable, meublé et décoré avec goût. La vue depuis la terrasse du lodge est fantastique : des prairies et forêts à perte de vue, un terrain de jeu formidable pour les enfants. L'accueil de Muriel et Bert est parfait, ils sont aux petits soin pour nous et pour faire découvrir la ferme et la nature aux enfants.
