We were really looking forward to the campsite... nestled among olive trees... the site was supposed to be 65 square meters... well, our car didn't fit—the site is quite small... definitely smaller than described. Because of that, we had to park in the large parking lot, which is fine.
Well, the view… it would actually be nice, but our tent neighbors strung up their laundry right in front of us, and ever since we arrived, his underwear has been hanging right in front of my face, along with bathrobes and towels—so the beautiful view is blocked, and nothing else is being hung up anymore. I think hanging laundry out to dry should be banned. Every normal camper has a laundry area!

The staff, on the other hand, is very friendly!

The restrooms, however—well, parents here don’t keep an eye on their kids; either ALL the sinks are covered in watercolors, or some of the toilets were very dirty. I complained about this, and while it was fixed, they should check these areas more often. It would be nice if there were hand sanitizer in the restrooms!

The kids’ activities are good, the pool is nice too—the water is a comfortable temperature, and the pool floor is soft, which is very pleasant.

We still have a few days left here, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

We had a spot at the campground with private restroom facilities for two weeks. The private restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained—great shower!
Your vacation gets off to a great start right at check-in. Friendly staff give you clear explanations and information about the campground itself (in Dutch)
They even escort you to your spot!!!

The campground store is a nice, tidy shop where you can buy all sorts of things and pick up delicious pastries in the morning. Run by two fantastic and cheerful ladies (a great start to the day)

And then there’s the restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious meals for both lunch and dinner—from tasty pizza, pasta, and entrecôte to a superb dessert🤤 (tip for dinner: be sure to make a reservation to avoid disappointment)

A beautiful campground nestled in an olive grove.
We had a site with a private bathroom.
    Friendly and pleasant staff.
There’s a small shop on site, but unfortunately it’s very overpriced. 1 liter of wine on tap costs 6€, whereas on the Adriatic coast you’d pay a maximum of 3€. The prices for bread rolls are also a bit steep. There are grocery shopping options in the area.
A 500-meter walk from the lake, unfortunately with no swimming access.
Getting in and out is a bit of a challenge; we were at the limit with our 7.5+5-meter rig. A few olives had to be left behind along the way.
Luckily, the first spot in line was free when we left, so we didn’t have to make a 90° turn (which would have required us to maneuver). The neighbor with a 6.5-meter trailer barely made it.
Large pool area with children’s entertainment.
About 80% of the campers were Dutch families.

    Schöner Platz im Olivenhain gelegen.
    Wir hatten Platz mit Privatbad.
    Freundliches und nettes Personal.
Kleiner Laden am Platz, leider sehr überteuert. 1l Wein vom Fass 6€, an der Adria zahlt man max 3€. Brötchenpreise auch etwas überzogen. Es gibt EK möglichkeiten im Umfeld.
500m Fußweg vom See, leider ohne bade Möglichkeit.

The campground itself is great—a very relaxed atmosphere and fantastic entertainment.
The staff is very friendly, and the pool is really nice. No crowds or older kids, so no diving or shouting—it’s really great!

Unfortunately, our Panorama cottage is a big letdown; the name suggests you’d have a panoramic view. However, this isn’t true at all—the trees block the entire view. If we’d known this, we would have chosen a different cottage that would have been €800 cheaper! And just as big.
We mentioned this at the front desk; they said we could possibly move after a few days. But we turned it down—way too much hassle with two small children.
We received absolutely no compensation, not even a bottle of wine as a “gesture of goodwill.”
I thought this was really poor, considering the prices are astronomical for a stay.
Also, the curtains were black instead of white, though they were replaced.
The bathroom was dirty, and the dishwasher doesn’t work at all, even when you use the longest cycle. In the end, we had to wash everything by hand.
I find all of this very disappointing. We had to work hard all year for this vacation.

Oh, and to get to the pool and other areas, you have to climb a very steep hill—which didn’t bother us, but it’s not really wheelchair-friendly.
A small tip: don’t take the path to Salò and that other village—it’s super, super steep! And the so-called “
” beach clubs are geared toward adults. Save yourself and your kids this nightmare of a hike.

En even groot is.

We had a great time. We stayed in a Glamping tent with an upper level. They weren’t very big, but perfectly fine. Especially considering the weather, the park’s facilities, and the surroundings. The pool was a nice place to relax, and for me, there were also some great running routes in the area. The food at the restaurant was above average.

A small tip: turn down the microphone volume a bit. It’s amplified, so you don’t need to shout over it. It’s a bit harsh on the kids’ ears.

But we had a really great time.
