The campground is in a truly fantastic location, surrounded by greenery and perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility, especially families. The paths are lined with flowers, and the gardens are always well-maintained, creating a very pleasant and tidy atmosphere. The mobile homes are fully equipped down to the last detail: the kitchen included sponges, detergents, and dish towels, as well as new and clean utensils. The system of exterior screens on the veranda was also highly appreciated, providing effective protection against insects and mosquitoes. The pools are well-designed, with two slides (one large and one smaller) that the children really enjoyed. There is also a side hot tub and a large pool reserved for adults. The play areas with swings and activities for the little ones were also excellent, and the children loved them. The restaurant adjacent to the pool, however, did not meet expectations: the service was inattentive and disorganized, with very long wait times, likely due to the fact that order management was handled by a single person. Basic items such as bread, cutlery, or Parmesan cheese were not always available, a sign of poor coordination with the number of guests. The food was decent but unremarkable. The evening entertainment, held too close to the restaurant area and conducted entirely in English, was also unengaging and at times annoying. Finally, I used the laundry service: the €5 fee was not justified, as the washing machine did not dispense detergent—a fact that was not clearly indicated and which I only discovered once the cycle had started. The on-site market is rather small and has high prices, as is often the case in facilities of this type. Overall, this is a very good property in terms of location, family-friendly amenities, and the general quality of the accommodations. Some organizational and dining aspects could be improved to make the experience even smoother and more enjoyable, but the overall impression remains positive, and the stay was still relaxing and pleasant.

Anche l’animazione serale, troppo vicina all’area ristorante e svolta interamente in inglese, è risultata poco coinvolgente e a tratti fastidiosa.

An oasis of relaxation surrounded by nature with views of Lake Garda, where families will find everything they need: comfort, a pool, entertainment...The hospitality is fantastic, but did you know that even non-guests can enjoy an aperitif or dinner at the restaurant? And the best part is that the parking lot for cars is right next to the property!

The service is very efficient and quick, the waitstaff are friendly, and the young pizza chef is very skilled and polite to the girls. The only mix-up was that our sparkling water was actually still, and vice versa. The sorbets were good, but it wasn’t clear which ones contained alcohol and which ones didn’t.

Staff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach our mobile home by car. So we had to walk a lot, despite the mini shuttle provided by the helpful housekeeping staff. You also go shopping etc... There are about 10 parking spaces in the shade directly at the campsite, which are great. Everyone else has to walk a little further to the next parking lot. Our cottage was completely ok, one or two handles (ferry holder, fire blanket holder...) were just lying around. Didn't really bother us. Otherwise it was clean and had plenty of storage space. (Please make sure that you book bedding and towels when you make your reservation) What really bothered us is that the lake is hardly accessible on foot with children. We went to the lake by car to a few nice places. The shared bathrooms are very different. Some are super nice and newly built and clean, while others are crumbling, smelly and completely dirty. One wash house also has a children's bathroom. You can also do your laundry for 5 euros and even iron for free. The complex has lots of beautiful plants and trees that break up the landscape and provide some privacy. There are also a few playgrounds, the spotty garden and the arts and crafts sections. They were really ok. The dance program is great for the kids. At the other Scotty campsite (vacanze) it was only a few minutes' walk and there was a great swimming opportunity directly on Lake Gadersee and also a pool. More pools here but virtually no lake. The mini pool and the slide pool are also very cold, surprisingly much colder than the communal pool. We felt comfortable so far, as the children loved the pool so much. (A few more loungers would be great there, as the ground in the meadow is very prickly from the spiky seeds) I don't think we'll be back, even though everyone was super nice and the pool is really beautifully laid out.
