• Cancellation terms

  Camping Nommerlayen cancellation policy

  
  

  Cancellation Reservations can only be cancelled in writing. The cancellation fee is 25% of the rental amount for cancellations up to eight weeks before the booked period (minimum €115) and 50% of the rental amount for cancellations between eight and four weeks before the booked period (minimum €115). For cancellations within four weeks before the booked period, the full rental amount is due. If you arrive later at the tent or leave earlier than booked, no refund will be made. Cancellation fees may be reclaimed if you have taken out cancellation insurance. Whether this is possible depends on the policy conditions and the reason for cancellation.

  Change/Cancellation by Country Camp Benelux If Country Camp Benelux cannot offer the reserved accommodation, the tenant will be notified immediately. You will be offered a suitable alternative at no extra cost. If you choose not to accept this, you will receive the travel sum and reservation costs back within two weeks. Country Camp Benelux is not obliged to do so in cases of force majeure, such as the declaration of a state of emergency at the campsite, the outbreak of infectious diseases that may be dangerous for humans and/or animals, or imminent risk of flooding or forest fires.
