We had a wonderful workshop with the Sculpture Club.

Een heerlijke camping in een groot prachtig park, zeer mooi gelegen. Hele vriendelijke eigenaars. Grote plaatsen met bijna overal water. Prima en schoon sanitair. De camping heeft een gezellig en schaduwrijk terras en waar je heerlijk kunt eten tegen heel schappelijke prijzen. Verder is er een groot zwembad met een kinderbadje. Er worden ook glamping tenten verhuurd met of zonder eigen sanitair en huisjes. Ook is er een visvijver. Bergerac en Perigieux zijn vlakbij (tussen de 20 en 30km). Wij hebben door heel Frankrijk gekampeerd, maar deze camping staat bij ons in de top 3! Wat ons betreft zeker een aanrader!!

The staff was incredibly friendly. The amenities could be better (the beds are uncomfortable, and a grill would be nice). That's why I'm deducting one star.

Okay place

I stayed in a Kampaoh tent, and overall, the experience with the accommodations was good. The tent was in good condition and proved to be comfortable for my stay.

However, I think the campground needs to improve in a few areas. Since it’s a fairly large site, it would be helpful to have more restrooms and facilities to better serve all guests. Additionally, there were times when there was no toilet paper in the restrooms, and the showers were quite dirty.

Another negative point was the lack of noise control at night. One night, groups were having barbecues and talking loudly until 2 or 3 in the morning, which made it very difficult to get any rest. It would be important to better enforce quiet hours to ensure that all guests can get a good night’s sleep.

On the positive side, I’d like to highlight the friendliness and service of the waitstaff at the pool bar, who were very pleasant throughout my stay. I also thought it was a great idea to have an adults-only lounge chair area by the pool, as it allows guests to enjoy a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere.

Great location on the hillside, with views across the valley, the swimming pool and sun terrace positioned particularly well. This family run site couldn't have been more welcoming, and the bungalow we stopped in was equipped enough to prepare some food and keep drinks cold.

For the second year in a row, we had a wonderful stay at Camping Les Trexons. A nice, shady spot. It’s nice and quiet at night, and in the morning you wake up to the sound of birds singing. They also serve great coffee at the front desk. Friendly owners.

Der Platz an sich ist schön angelegt, allerdings sind sehr viele Stellplätze für große Wohnmobile nicht geeignet. Die Plätze sind wirklich klein. Mit einem Camper Van kein Problem, aber drüber hinaus wird es eine Herausforderung. Wir hatten Glück und hatten eine nette Dame an der Rezeption, die uns noch einen der größeren Plätze raus gesucht hat (für ein Wohnmobil über 7 Meter).
Die Poolanlage ist schön angelegt und war Mitte Juni geöffnet. Die Sanitäranlage scheint auf den ersten Blick neu und modern zu sein. Beim zweitem Blick sind die Duschen voller Kalk und nicht schön anzusehen. Wir haben es vorgezogen im Camper zu duschen.
Achtung: an der Rezeption wird einem ein Flyer gegeben, mit den wichtigsten Information für Rom. Nicht der Info folgen und die Bahn aufsuchen. Diese Station wird anscheinend renoviert und ist laut einem Italiener schon lange geschlossen. Uns hat das eine Stunde gekostet und bestimmt 2km Umweg. Direkt vor dem Campingplatz ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der man gut ins Zentrum kommt.
Hunde sind in der Nebensaison erlaubt.
