Staff do not explain, give you an envelope that has limited info on it. It does not say that the main gate is closed at night. The one who could be reached via intercom last night was not helpful and rude. Let in he did not. When I asked if I could get someone from our cottage with the pass to open the gate, the call was simply ended. The next morning a very uninterested person sat at the reception desk, who also didn't seem to care what I said. You have to pay 35 euros for an extra pass to enter the grounds, so you pay rent for a key to enter the park. Bizarre! The floors in the cottage are barely clean, the pillows and quilts are full of hair and the laminate floor is dangerously loose in several places. The front door is crooked or too short but at the top you can see out through it. This was clearly the first and last time!

Wulfenia houses are perfect. We rented 3 houses, totally satisfied. The reception services were exceptional, welcoming and effective, flawless checkin, checkout, and also we were able to buy our ski tickets onsite in a minute. Full service, thanks!

Beautiful vacation park, nice helpful staff, excellent service

We had an exceptional week. Candice is a dynamic young woman, super welcoming, smiling and efficient. She's always available and ready to help! We'll be back this summer with pleasure. What's more, the surroundings are magnificent. I absolutely recommend

We were here again on our transit and can only recommend the campsite. The friendly, nice, helpful welcome from the nice lady Boryana and her two colleagues deserves special mention. Very courteous and nice people. The sanitary facilities are super and clean. Pitches (for us with the caravan) relatively well provided and sufficient in size. We only have one tip. Many people don't understand the disposal station for the chemical toilet, and using it is rather impractical, doesn't look good, rather repulsive. A completely different solution would be better. Just a suggestion. We will definitely be back.
