Simply a wonderful campsite. Have been there several times, visited other campsites in between. none as nice as Pra! Ideal size, good service, great shopping facilities. Close to Caorle, a wonderful little Italian town right by the sea.

We have never experienced anything like this on a vacation. On the day of arrival, we were standing in front of our booked cabin in the evening without a key - despite having confirmed late check-in. There was no prior information on how to reach someone in such a case and no one was available. At night, in the cold, this is not an acceptable situation for guests. However, what made the stay ultimately negative was not just the missing key, but the way it was handled afterwards. Instead of showing understanding or a solution, all responsibility was denied. We were accused of having acted wrongly, there were discussions, insinuations and finally even threats to throw us out of the accommodation. We are quiet vacationers and certainly not people who look for arguments. Nevertheless, the situation became unnecessarily heated. There was no apology, understanding or any form of concession at any time. This experience meant that we were unable to enjoy our vacation - our trust in the accommodation was simply gone. Such unprofessional treatment of paying guests is unacceptable to us. For these reasons, we would not book here again and unfortunately cannot recommend the campsite.

Unfortunately a very bad and disappointing experience. We had booked directly via the website and were assured of a late check-in. However, when we arrived in the evening (around 9 pm), there was no key for our booked and already paid cabin in the key box. No one was available and we were left without access to our accommodation at night in wintry temperatures. Out of sheer necessity, we took another, freely accessible key from the same key box so that we wouldn't have to freeze outside. The next day, however, the accommodation refused to accept any responsibility. Instead of acknowledging their own organizational error, they blamed us, saying that we should have called an emergency number that was posted on the reception door and which was never communicated to us in advance. This was followed by long, unpleasant discussions, false accusations that we had been loud or aggressive (which was not true), and finally even threats to throw us out of the cabin, even though we had booked and paid properly. This kind of treatment of guests is absolutely unacceptable. We are not guests who are looking for a fight or stress - on the contrary: we just wanted to enjoy our vacation. However, this was hardly possible due to the way this situation was handled, and the entire vacation was massively overshadowed. No concessions, no apologies, no concessions - instead blame, intransigence and intimidation. This is neither hospitality nor professionalism. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this campsite due to the completely unprofessional handling of problems and guests.

Wonderful campsite! Great program for children and adults. Clean beach, roads and pitches. Lots of space, you don't notice the many people.

Through Social Deal booked a weekend away at this park. Afterwards we found out by chance that in the accommodation we booked there is no room for cribs in the bedrooms. We are traveling with 2 adults and 2 babies, making this accommodation simply unsuitable for us. After contacting the park, we found that there was no willingness to cooperate at all. We even offered to pay extra to book to another accommodation, but this was not possible, even though there were plenty of other cottages available at that time. The attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing and not very customer-oriented. The total lack of flexibility and solution-oriented thinking meant that the weekend could not go ahead. A missed opportunity and a very bad experience with EuroParcs.

We stayed in our motorhome for 2 weeks in January 2026. In summary a quiet site with moderate facilities that hopefully will improve. Many other campers are long stay. Staff - all friendly and take the time to say hello. Facilities. Wifi - pretty useless where we were but even when I sat in the area near the office I couldn't get a reliable signal. Toilet block - only one of two open for some reason meaning only 2 toilets per gender for 80 pitches. Showers - 3 of, fluctuating water pressure and temperatures experienced from cold to 'burn your skin off' hot! Paint peeling from ceiling. Cleaned twice a day though so usually clean. Refuse disposal - you have to take it off site to nearby bins. Pitches - good size mostly and most have trees in between meaning in winds like we had, branches and debris were falling. In summer I'm sure you'll be glad of the shade. Electricity - went off at least once every day or night. Sometimes for some hours at night. Bar/restaurant - we only went in once but looked good enough and reasonable price. Local area - not much going on so if you like lively night life this ain't the place at this time of year. Palomares, Villaricos, Vera Playa and Garrucha all within cycling distance and providing for shopping and bars/restaurants (although at our visit many were closed for winter). One of the biggest issues we had was loud bangs from neighbouring farmland where farmers trying to keep birds off. This was going on from 8am to 6pm everyday and was every minute or so. If you have a nervous pet find somewhere else. In all, we enjoyed our stay and met some lovely fellow campers. Would we go again? - probably, in the hope that facilities improve with investment.

A fantastic location! We stayed in an almost new cottage that had all the amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was my third visit to Ypres, and this stay was without a doubt the best yet. The location is ideal: the Menin Gate is just a ten-minute walk and by car you can get there in less than five minutes. An extra big kudos to the staff. I had forgotten something and the lady on site was really fantastic. She took immediate action and my items were promptly sent to me. A service far beyond expectations! Urban Gardens Ypres is highly recommended, both for its comfort and the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
