very pleasant campsite. very well maintained. there's a playground. activities for children. plenty to eat. a swimming pool which unfortunately isn't heated.

We've just spent a weekend at this campsite with our family and two children. The site is fabulous, right in the middle of nature, facing a waterfall. Surrounded by nature, in the middle of hiking and mountain bike trails. Absolutely quiet, all you can hear is the waterfall opposite. New, clean sanitary facilities, spacious pitches. Drainage area for motorhomes and chemical toilet. Be careful, however, when accessing the site by camper van, as the access road through the gorges is a little tricky. Height limited to 3.50m, 3/4 bends are blind and passing another vehicle becomes difficult. We enjoyed our weekend, 27€ per night for 2 adults and 2 children without electricity. A bit expensive just to park on the grass, while 100m further on several vans or camping cars park for free.

Staying at Lucherino was a wonderful experience for us! We planned to stay for two nights but turns out we stayed for four. Mike and Joanne are super kind and generous. During our stay they helped us a lot. The camping site has a great location, the view is overall fantastic and there is a lot to be explored in the neighbourhood. The camping site is well facilitated. The toilets and washrooms are very clean and the swimming pool is very cozy and is well maintained. We will come back for sure. Highly recommend camping Lucherino!

Horrible camp. You don't get nothing for this price. It ruined my vacation with worst smell in room, no television, no fridge ,not even pillows on bed and two small towels with no hand soap. It is overpriced , for same money you can go to the hotel, it is worst place I was staying in .

Warning: What this camp does to its guests is unacceptable! We left immediately after checking in even though we had already paid for several nights. When you get out of the car, you are immediately harassed by flies and other insects. We are not sensitive but it is impossible to relax here. Plus the disgusting smell of rotten fruit in the air. Accordingly, all guests are rightly very dissatisfied!

Cockroaches Bruder

We checked in for four nights stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful initially. Payments were taken straight away for the four nights (160.64). Following this there was a large thunderstorm overnight and forecasted for the following days. We were camping in a tent with 30mm of rain forecast. It would have flooded our tent. The campsite is on a hill, which we were located at the bottom of so as you can imagine our tent and belongings would have been destroyed. We then went to reception just after 11am and asked if we could check out early and have a refund as the weather was to be so severe. Marcela working at reception then told us this was not possible, that the weather was not in their control. But this was no usual weather forecast but an actual thunder and lightning storm. She was not helpful, relatively rude and not understanding. She led us on a goose chase, calling the manager (who was conveniently not on the premises on a Thursday morning), who said that we could fill out a form and see if we could potentially get money back with no guarantee. She then told us that she might get an email the following day which decided if we were able to get the money back ( three nights stay = €120.48). Again she could not guarantee. Very frustrating as it was very back and forth between Marcela and different members of staff who she could not give us the name/email/phone number to speak to ourselves. She then asked us to go back to our tent pitch and wait for a member of staff who would come speak to us, this was Marina (the concierge). After a long conversation with Marina, she was the only person who confirmed that we could get a refund and was the only person who was in any way helpful. So we spent just over one hour trying to simply get confirmation of a refund without actually receiving as we are waiting for a bank transfer. Receiving this refund is still a working process. We really hope that we actually do receive it after all the hassle it has caused.

This campsite is a marvel. Clean houses, with TV, air, bedding and full kitchen (no oven), we have not seen bugs (cockroaches) or anything in all camping, people at reception and guys with very friendly bike, swimming pools with Koko a marvel. Beach about 10 minutes walk, bakery at the entrance with hot baguettes. I will come back if God allows.

Very nice vacation park, close to the beach. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant on site, lots of leisure activities. Unfortunately, the shopping facilities in the surrounding villages are a bit far away

Quiet location in the gorge, beautiful pitches with a view of the surrounding mountains. Sanitary facilities clean, with toilet paper and plenty available. Heated pool and the adjacent beautiful river offer swimming opportunities. Outdoorcompany right at the campsite offers canyoning, rafting etc...you should have done it...unfortunately you need a vehicle to access most of the hiking trails...From the campsite you can reach the hiking trail to Castellane after 3km...is also very nice. All in all, we would come again!
