Enjoyed this place immensely with a bunch of teenagers. Just after the peak of high season. Great activities in the area. The drive there is always beautiful. Beautiful views. Toilet was clean, food was adequate, young co-owner is super friendly and staff helpful. Plenty to do for kids and teens, giving you a break yourself. At an activity at the campground, the teens were sent back first so the little kids could go first there the group of teens after. This was very nice for them. For us an excellent one-time campsite. Many Dutch people and therefore quickly made new friends by the youth.

Nous venons de passer 9 jours dans ce camping agréable, sanitaire propre, entretenu. Logement cahute de randonneurs bien équipé pour 5 personnes, l’adresse est retenu pour l’année prochaine. The campground is very nice, by the sea, with shade from the plants. The facilities are clean and the staff is very nice. It takes about 20 minutes to go to the village by foot and by bike I think 15. We liked it very much.

We spent a lovely week at the campsite. The staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment, swimming pool and playground for children available. Knowledge of French is an advantage.

a great place to stay, park good, spot of our cottage (110) ideal place. Environment also beautiful. restaurant less (long waiting time for service and delivery and much too loud music). definitely a park to come back again

Great campsite with very appreciative staff!!!!

Beautiful campsite, nice welcome and beautiful excursion destinations on the Meddo. Lots of nice playgrounds for children. Unfortunately still not child-friendly as there are no quiet times. At 11:30 a.m. the lawnmower drives right next to you. Then at 12:30 the tractor drives past. And then at 13:00 the wheel loader goes back and forth 5 times on several days. Child woken up several times.

Nice campsite quiet, Google maps has problems with the routing.

Experience report on vacation bungalow B058 at Sonnenplätzchen / Ferienanlage Schönfeld Our anticipation was great - the pictures on the Sonnenplätzchen website showed lovingly staged, inviting bungalows with charming outdoor areas. What we didn't know was that we only found out exactly where we would be staying ten days before we arrived. Only then did we realize that it was not an individual vacation home, but a standardized bungalow village in a kind of vacation park atmosphere - many similar plots next to each other, with fixed buildings on small garden plots, more like a campsite with walls than a private vacation idyll. The bungalow itself (B058): The cottage is fine - simple, but definitely cozy. However, in our opinion, the facilities only justify the weekly price to a limited extent. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, basic cooking utensils are missing, so we were happy to have brought some things ourselves. We would definitely have expected more from a vacation home designed for up to six people - especially in terms of crockery (not enough cutlery, cups, glasses), but also in terms of sun loungers or seating in the outdoor area. A sun lounger, for example, would really not be a luxury for a two-week vacation, but standard. Sleeping comfort? Unfortunately not. The beds were the biggest downside: two single beds, each about 70 cm wide, with a huge gap between them, more like camp beds than hotel standards. Uncomfortable for two adults of normal weight, completely unsuitable for taller or heavier people. I even fell out of bed one night - that has never happened to me in all my years of vacation. The mattresses themselves are fine, but the space available is absolutely not. What particularly bothered us: - Lack of communication before the trip (e.g. no clear advance information about the exact address or facilities) - No welcome pack or similar - not even washing-up liquid, washing-up sponge, kitchen roll or more than one roll of toilet paper - no washing machine (a real disadvantage for a 14-day stay) - Feeling that maximum profit is to be achieved here with minimum effort We would like to point out that Sonnenplätzchen are probably just agents - the actual accommodation seems to have been allocated from a general pool in a park. Nevertheless, if you advertise with individual pictures and a certain promise of quality, you should also deliver - or at least communicate more clearly what to expect. Conclusion: If you're looking for affordable accommodation for which you can fully equip yourself and don't have high expectations, you may not be disappointed here. However, anyone looking for a high-quality vacation experience with a bit of comfort will probably be annoyed, as we were. For us, that was it: we won't be back.

Many are getting on in years and urgently need to be renovated. There are mobile homes from many agencies on the site and nobody feels responsible. Only the animation team does a phenomenal job.

Perfect mobile home, but very old campsite infrastructure, pool too small for the number of guests and dirty...
