Peace and quiet in the parking lot and a relaxed feeling also among the staff.

Very beautiful place with a great pool in a beautiful region.

The campsite itself is relatively nice and quiet next to a residential area. The site is divided into 2 parts, the northern part with the permanent campers, the beach, the reception and the China Garden restaurant. The southern part is for the tourist campers. When we arrived at the site (comfort pitch) we were able to move into our pitch. They are large and spacious and also offer a bit of protection thanks to the hedges. The electricity and water connections are in the middle of the 4 pitches. Everyone has their own power socket, but for the water connection you always have to coordinate with the others, as there is only one water tap available. A long cable reel for electricity (approx. 20m) is recommended. There are not enough sanitary facilities, so you sometimes have to wait to use the toilet or take a shower. So plan some time ;) Access to the toilet and shower is controlled by a PIN. Access to the beach is regulated with cards that you receive at check-in. The table tennis table advertised on the internet is unfortunately only available on the beach. When I asked about it, I was first told that a table would also be set up at the playground in the southern part. The next day there still wasn't one, so I asked again and was told that there was only one on the beach. It's a good 20-minute drive to the sea, and the dog beach is just as far away. There are plenty of parking spaces. In the southern part, quite centrally located in the 80th row, the WiFi reception is very poor and there is no stable connection. If you are dependent on WLAN, not recommended. All in all, a pleasant place.

We had a great stay at the Lac aux Oiseaux campsite. The staff is welcoming, warm and friendly. We rented a Lodge cabin on stilts for 1 week, very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The kids just loved the pool and the city. Negative point the lack of light in the city in the evening for the children. Otherwise there's plenty to visit in the area. Very good stay. A refair.

The basic facilities are fine: clean toilets, a nice little river and a swimming pool. We did find it very crowded. Of course it is high season but especially the camping field was really overcrowded and chaotically arranged. Places close together, the places at the playground are actually ín the playground. That we found intense, children from 8.00 to 22.30 right in front of your door. That is cozy but also very busy. If you stand on this field then you must have an extremely long cord with you, they could have mentioned that in advance. Now you could borrow a cord (50€ deposit) and had to buy a plug. What we found really disappointing is the service from the campground owners/managers, just 0 contact, no one at all checking if you are in the right place. After 24 hours of heavy rain a big mudpool and no help from the campsite to get the water away. And no one at all who stopped by to ask (or check) if the guests still had somewhat dry feet. I find that weird and impersonal. Also no check-out, nothing at all. In the only contact that does get made, they don't ask if they liked the stay but ask to leave a review....

Jezdíme do kempu pouze do restaurace, neubytováváme se. Občas zajdeme na pivko nebo oběd. Obsluha je příjemná a vstřícná. Česká kuchyně, jídlo dobré, nádherný výhled. Příjemné prostředí.

Small scale and plenty to do as long as the weather is nice!

Nice playground with enough (space to) play, very nice performance Sunday night by Hip Guests, nature pond is great for some cooling off.

The feeling of small scale, plenty to do for children. Nice accommodation, friendly staff.

Nice and also clean tent in a spot with nice view. Beautiful campsite. Pool though cold and inconvenient that you can't get out via the stairs.

Superb site. Great family holiday. Bike tour of Chatellerault from the campsite. Beautiful Grand Atelier museum. Canoeing, even with the 4-year-old. Great!
