MarinaPark Residentie Nieuw LoosdrechtWe are currently renting a cottage and staying there with 4 adults (including grandparents) and a baby. The accommodation confirmation stated that a separate accommodation would have a box bed (for grandpa and grandma). Now it turns out there is a bunk bed in there. At the reception they say they do not have cottages with a box bed. So why do I get that confirmed by email? That was the reason we booked it. In addition, the cottage was dirty. For this they did want to send a cleaning crew, but of course the harm is already done when you want to go away cozy and you have old people sleeping in bunk beds and it is just dirty and "grandpa and grandma" have to clean "their" toilet at night. Unfortunately not a success story and so far not received compensation or another cottage, so our few days here could have been a success after all. We were eventually helped well. We still received the proposal to change rooms. Too bad this was not immediately suggested by the desk clerk working at the time. We were given an allowance for cleaning and received a bunch of flowers and wine. This did make experience more positive. At least energy was put into making sure we felt heard. Thank you for this.

We huren momenteel een vakantiehuisje en verblijven daar met 4 volwassenen (waaronder opa en oma) en een baby. Bij de bevestiging van de accommodatie stond dat een separaat verblijf voorzien zou zijn van een bedstee (voor opa en oma). Nu blijkt daar een stapelbed in te zitten. Bij de receptie geven ze aan dat ze geen huisjes hebben met een bedstee. Waarom krijg ik dat dan per mail bevestigd? Dat was de reden dat we het geboekt hebben. Daarnaast was het huisje vies. Hiervoor wilden ze wel een poetsploeg sturen, maar het kwaad is natuurlijk al geschied als je gezellig weg wilt gaan en je oude mensen in een stapelbed moet laten slapen en het gewoon vies is en 'opa en oma' 's avonds 'hun' toilet moeten poetsen. Helaas geen succesverhaal en tot nu toe ook geen compensatie ontvangen of een ander huisje gekregen, zodat onze paar dagen hier alsnog een succes hadden kunnen zijn. We zijn uiteindelijk goed geholpen. We kregen alsnog het voorstel om van kamer te ruilen. Jammer dat dit niet meteen werd geopperd door de baliemedewerker die toen werkzaam was. We kregen een tegemoetkoming in de schoonmaakkosten en hebben een bos bloemen en wijn gekregen. Dit maakte ervaring wel positiever. Er is in ieder geval energie gestoken om ervoor te zorgen dat we ons gehoord voelden. Bedankt hiervoor.

Le Camp de FlorenceNice campsite, generous pitch, shallow pool. Run by English people, 90% English and Dutch, no more choice in the restaurant at 8 pm. Too bad it was very good. As for the rest, only one car was allowed on the mobile-home pitch for 6 people, and we had to negotiate on the day of departure to bring the second car in while we loaded our luggage. They did us a favor. I won't do them the favor of my presence a second time.

Camping sympa, emplacement généreux, piscine peu profonde. Tenu par des anglais, fréquenté par anglais et hollandais à 90 %, plus de choix au restaurant à 20 h. Dommage c'était très bon. Pour le reste, une seule voiture autorisée sur emplacement de mobil-home pour 6 personnes et obligé de négocier le jour du départ Pour rentrer la deuxième le temps de charger les bagages. On nous a fait une' faveur '. Je ne leur ferai pas la faveur de ma présence une deuxième fois.

Huttopia De MeinwegA wonderful place - in the middle of the National Park de Meinweg - with great staff, very nice pitches, great wash houses and a wonderful environment - for walking (with and without dogs) and for cycling. We always like to come back.
