Stayed two nights at this neat, quiet park. Incredibly friendly welcome at reception, lady immediately made small talk with us and gave us recommendations for tasty flan. Oasis of calm in these cold winter days. The beds are nice, all facilities available and it is nice and bright. 15 min from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Will definitely come back again.

The house was adequate. Beds were comfortable and clean. There was sufficient dinnerware and a coffee naker. Location was gorgeous. However, the house was very dusty and full of cobwebs, and could have been cleaner. There were also no basic necessities such as wash cloths, dish soap, and toilet paper. Power was out 2x during our 10 day stay, once for 10 minutes and once for a couple hours. There was no one to alert. Main reception was not particularly knowledgeable about the amenities. Service was poor.

Everything was just wonderful - cozy, well-equipped apartment, underground parking. House is close to the ski lifts. Convenient service for payment, key handover, key return etc. We hope to come back. We will recommend your company to our friends. Thank you very much!

I arrived to recruit at this campsite, no one was expecting me, apparently there was a mistake, the manager was simply execrable.

An exceptional family holiday! We spent 15 unforgettable days at this campsite this summer with my husband and our children. We've been going every year since 2018, and each stay is better than the last. But the 2024 vacation was truly the best for the whole family! A huge thank you to the animation team, Mathilde, Madison and Louis, who were incredible throughout our stay. Their kindness, energy and commitment made our vacation magical. They even managed to make us cry when we left! If we could, we would have stayed another week without hesitation. The campsite is perfect for families. My 2-year-old son loves it here, and he's not the only one: all my children ask for more every year. What we particularly like is the peace and quiet. Even if there aren't many activities around, it allows us to visit the surrounding area and make the most of our vacation. We're from Marseilles, and every time we come, we enjoy exploring the region. The activities on offer are varied and suitable for everyone: children's entertainment in the mornings, family time in the late afternoons, and evening events like karaoke, games or the pétanque tournament (even for beginners like me!). Everything is done to make sure you have a great time. We hope to be back next summer. Thanks again for an unforgettable vacation!

Wonderful experience! The cabin is superb, fully equipped. Perfect for cocooning by the fire 🪵 Access to the sauna on the little island is great. Everything has been thought of to ensure you have a truly enjoyable stay. Natacha and Youri are very attentive and provide all the information you need to have a great stay. 100% recommended! we TON KRAB and WILMA HEMINK found this a very neat campsite great lodge xl been really fantastic beds very good friendly and helpful staff super tasty fresh bread from the supermarket every morning. beautiful surroundings the cottage was very clean and there was a package with coffee tea milk and sugar and cake ready and dishwasher tablets plus towels and bedding really perfect we have enjoyed it certainly repeatable were really relaxed from this week out highly recommended 10 or even MORE STARREN worth
