Beautiful and cozy accommodations with top service! Location is perfect between Valkenburg and Maastricht. A bus stops in front of the door to take you both ways. We also had beautiful views from our couch. Top weekend had!

We had booked a stay at Europarcs Gulpbergen with 2 chalets. We arrive on Friday evening at 10 p.m. after a long road, tired, wanting to find a pleasant cocoon. Instead, we find a cottage in which there is no heating and it is 7 degrees!! We tried to solve the boiler problem without success, before contacting the emergency number for help. In the meantime that someone would arrive and finally be able to fix the problem, we had to put our son to sleep in our friends' second cottage because ours was not viable! And fortunately we had this other cottage because no solution was proposed while it was 3 degrees outside and 7 degrees inside! This is absolutely outrageous. No compensation proposal or commercial gesture of the team, nobody asks us anything at check out. We are outraged and will never return to your establishments, and we will not fail to share our bad experience with those around us. The icing on the cake, none of the documents on the spot are translated into either French or English, for a tourist establishment it is still the basis. On leaving, we finally met a neighbor who we ask things to put away before we leave, which we do to leave cleanly and respect the wishes of the establishment. The receptionist ended up blaming us for a late check-out due to this lack of information, only after telling her that we were expecting at least one commercial gesture as a result of this serious professional misconduct, when she had never mentioned it in the conversation until then! Would it be at the head of the customer and at what suits Europarcs to be kept silent that we charge people? Don't waste your money, you'll definitely find a better establishment elsewhere.

Bonjour j'ai passé trois nuits sur un emplacement pour notre camping car emplacement boueu le soir en rentrant pas d'éclairage sur les aires de camping car les allée sont défoncées bonne à refaire les emplacements cc aurais besoin d'être levelled et mettre du sable l'endroit pour vidanger les campings car ses sales et vieillos besoin d'être changer pour le prix c'est du vol rien à voir avec les photos pour réserver vraiment à revoir

Super well organised park in a beautiful setting. Perfect for a lovely, relaxing holiday. In the midst of a beautiful natural setting and close to modern amenities, museums and plenty of things to do.

We stayed there with the motor home. It was really fantastic. Warm reception, even our dog was welcome. We were allowed free use of pool and whirlpool. Delivered dishes and delicious sandwiches...We will definitely come back! Thank you all!

We came here for October half term 2024 as a group of 7. 4 adults and 3 children aged 12, 10 and 6. We drove from the UK which was all part of the fun! On arrival, we checked in and tried to find our chalets. We were the furthest away from any of the activities and it was a good 20 min walk! Parking by the chalets was also restricted. Chalets were OK but they were in a part of the park that got so muddy when it rained that it was like a mud bath! Could really do with some paths or something to walk on from chalets to the main path! Indoor pool was lovely. Our kids all really enjoyed it. Restaurant was great as was the on site shop. Also had fast food facilities in case you didn't want a sit down meal. The site had everything you could need and was right next to a great entertainment venue! Most staff were friendly. Some not so much! They did some great activities for Halloween including a very scary walk back to our chalet one night! We didn't get to do a lot of the on site activities because the weather was so bad. Had a lovely day in nearby venlo. A nice place to sit and have a drink and watch the world go by. I would return here but would look to book a different accommodation that is closer to all the facilities.

Nice hotel with all the trimmings. Wellness is was a bit disappointing and on the small side. A lounger to read a book was missing. Price quality is not good for us. For the price we paid even a bottle of water could not come off. The staff is very friendly though and the rooms are fine.

Just passing through, I can't say much...Really quiet area, so ideal for people looking for contact with nature...

Very comfortable campsite for families, in a privileged environment.
