Résidence ValkenburgThe cottage was okay. Bit atmospheric as well as the park itself. Furthermore, the cottage was not completely clean especially the bathroom. In the shower were still shaved beard hair of the previous occupants and on the edge of the shower door was black dirt that you could remove with your finger. Should have spent more time on it. Ordered pizza the first night but it was not even on taste and half cooked. All in all the park was disappointing and we would rather not come back.

Het huisje was oke. Beetje sfeerloos evenals het park zelf. Verder was het huisje niet helemaal schoon met name de badkamer. In de douche zaten nog afgeschoren baardhaar van de vorige bewoners en op de rand van de douche deur zat zwarte viezigheid die je met je vinger kon weg halen. Had dus wel iets meer tijd aan mogen besteedt. Eerste avond pizza besteld, maar die was niet eens op smaakt en halfgaar. Al met al viel het park tegen en komen we liever niet terug.

(stop samenwerking) Le Vieux PortCould do much better for a 5-star For the accommodation: bathroom seal in poor condition and insufficient air renewal for sleeping (sleep is not restorative, which is important during the vacations) Common areas are clean and well-maintained For the staff: Very good welcome, kind and friendly. Nothing to complain about. Facilities: 1) The ping-pong tables should be sheltered from the sun and rain, so that you can play all the time, because on rainy days, the campsite doesn't offer much. and too few tables for the whole campsite... you have to wait your turn even in low season 2) The swimming pool is too noisy, with music playing all the time. Although we were out of season, it was sometimes difficult to get deckchairs! And there was a lack of space with the neighbor. It's undersized for the size of the campsite. I can't imagine it in high season. 3) The restaurant part is more expensive than in town, which is a real shame! 4) City not lit at 9pm - same as soccer field - soccer field flooded even after light rain. it's a big problem. you can't play when it's too hot, after 9 p.m. or after it rains, because the pitch is in a bowl and retains water. it's impracticable! in short, I question the 5-star rating. Peut beaucoup mieux faire pour un 5 étoiles Pour le logement : joint de salle de bain en sale état et renouvellement d'air pour dormir insuffisant (le sommeil n'est pas réparateur, c'est important durant les vacances) Les parties communes sont propres et bien entretenues Pour le personnel : Très bon accueil, gentils et aimable. rien à redire. Pour les équipements : 1) Les tables de ping-pong devraient être abritées du soleil et de la pluie, pour que l'on puisse y jouer tout le temps, car les jours de pluie, le camping ne propose pas grand-chose. et trop peu de table pour l'ensemble du camping... il faut attendre son tour même en basse saison 2) Piscine trop bruyante avec la musique constamment, il devrait prévoir des temps calmes. Alors que nous étions hors saison il était parfois difficile d'avoir des transats ! Et il manquait de l'espace avec le voisin. C'est sous dimensionné par rapport à la taille du camping. Je n’imagine pas en ht saison. 3) Partie restaurant plus cher qu'en ville, c'est vraiment dommage ! 4) City non éclairé à 21h – idem Terrain de foot – terrain de foot inondé même après de petites pluies. c'est un gros problème. on ne peut pas jouer quand il fait trop chaud, après 21h et après la pluie car le terrain en cuvette retient l'eau. c'est impraticable!. bref je m'interroge sur 5 étoiles. Mooi en schoon huisje. We hebben het heel goed gehad. Zoutelande strand was heerlijk weids, onze hond kon naar hartelust rennen. Huisje had afgesloten tuin. Ook fijn Kortom we willen zeker nog eens terugkomen bij jullie.

EuroParcs Parc du SoleilCaution! We booked a house with 3 bedrooms on the booking site and paid directly. One day later we received an email that the house we had booked was no longer available and that they were offering us one with 2 bedrooms instead, which would have double bunk beds. Since we wanted to travel with 3 parties, this was out of the question and we canceled the booking. The money has not been returned to our account for 3 weeks, instead we only ever hear new excuses when we ask by email. ("We'll pass it on to the head office and get back to you", "The money hasn't been booked in yet, so we can't transfer it back yet" and other crap). All very friendly but also not very serious for such a large company. In the end, we sent a reminder and then the money came back after a total of 2 months. So I am disappointed and annoyed by this business practice.

Vorsicht! Wir haben hier auf der Buchungsseite ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern gebucht und direkt überwiesen. Einen Tag später kam eine E-Mail, dass es das gebuchte Haus nicht mehr gibt und sie uns stattdessen eins mit 2 Schlafzimmern anbieten würden, wo dann Doppelstockbetten stehen würden. Da wir mit 3 Parteien verreisen wollten, kam das nicht in Frage und wir stornierten die Buchung. Seit 3 Wochen ist das Geld nicht zurück auf unserem Konto, stattdessen hört man auf Nachfrage per Mail immer nur neue Ausreden. (,,Wir leiten es an die Zentrale weiter und melden uns", ,,Das Geld ist noch nicht eingebucht, deswegen können wir es noch nicht zuruecküberweisen" und anderen Mist). Alles sehr freundlich aber auch wenig seriös für so ein grosses Unternehmen. Am Ende haben wir eine Mahnung verschickt und dann kam nach insgesamt 2 Monaten das Geld wieder zurück. Also kann ich bin enttäuscht und verärgert von diesem Geschäftsgebahren.

SandbergheThoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandberghe. Very nice small park in very beautiful surroundings . Our house for 6 people was top. Nice and spacious, cozy and fully equipped. We were in the fall but nice for any season.

Ontzettend genoten bij Sandberghe . Heel leuk kleinschalig park in een hele mooie omgeving . Ons huis voor 6 pers was top . Lekker ruim opgezet , knus ingericht en van alles voorzien . Wij waren in de herfst maar leuk voor elk seizoen .

Vakantiepark de Twee BruggenReally had a wonderful overnight stay. Not expensive and everything available at the park. Definitely recommended! Fine pool available. Delicious drunk and eaten in get restaurant. And very kindly received at the reception. Also for walking it is beautiful
