Recreatiepark de PaalbergRented a chalet for one night, is actually only rented for a minimum of 2 nights, so that was nice. Otherwise had bad experience. When inspecting the chalet it smelled very musty. But after airing the room it was okay. We then left and when we returned at 10 pm there was a slug running across the bedroom ceiling and woodlice running across the floor. There was 0.0 compensation for the further sleepless night which is exactly what we had rented this chalet for, for sleeping only. When complaining the staff was very unfriendly and showed no understanding at all and even said we were complaining for the money. One word: SHAME

Heb een chalet gehuurd voor een nacht, wordt eigenlijk alleen voor minimaal 2 nachten verhuurd, dus dat was wel aardig. Voor de rest slechte ervaringen gehad. Bij inspecteren van het chalet rook het erg muffig. Maar na luchten van de ruimte ging het wel. Wij gingen daarna weg en toen we om 10 uur avonds terug kwamen, liep er een naaktslak over het plafond van de slaapkamer en over de vloer liepen pissebedden. Er werd 0,0 compensatie verleend voor de verdere slapeloze nacht waar we precies deze chalet voor hadden gehuurd, voor slapen alleen. Bij klagen was het personeel zeer onvriendelijk en toonde totaal geen begrip en zeiden zelfs dat we klaagden voor het geld. Een woord: SCHANDE

Fijn huisje, niet heel groot maar efficiënt ingericht, lekker warm toen we aankwamen, parkeergelegenheid voor de deur, goede bedden, lekker buitengedeelte, direct tegenover bos waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en op loopafstand van leuk restaurant. De laatste nacht was slechts 10 euro extra dus fijn om die mogelijkheid te hebben.

Kampeerdorp de ZandstuveIt was a wonderful time on Stuufinsel. The concept is very lovingly thought out and detailed. The story about the islanders is a great framework for the daily activities for the whole family. The pitches are large and great. Sometimes you have to be careful not to stand under trees (a bit silly in the fall), but the pitch selection on the Internet provides information about the conditions on the pitch. The restaurants are great and offer delicacies for everyone at affordable prices (at the moment). The swimming pool is great, the size and the facilities (slides etc.) are sufficient! The sanitary facilities are always clean and well equipped. Even the older wash houses are in great condition. The reception building is very impressive and the virtually contactless check-in and check-out service, which prevents waiting times, is great. Nevertheless, there is always personal and cordial contact at reception, which makes everything possible. All in all, a great vacation on a great campsite, which of course has its price, but this is completely justified for the offer.

Es war eine wunderbare Zeit auf der Stuufinsel. Das Konzept ist sehr liebevoll und detailliert durchdacht. Die Geschichte um die Inselbewohner ist ein toller Rahmen für das tägliche Angebot für die ganze Familie. Die Stellplätze sind groß und sehr toll. Teilweise muss man aber aufpassen, dass man nicht unter Bäumen steht (im Herbst etwas blöd), aber die Platzauswahl im Internet gibt Infos zu den Gegebenheiten des Platzes. Die Restaurants sind Klasse und bieten für jeden Köstlichkeiten zu (in der aktuellen Zeit) bezahlbaren Preisen. Das Schwimmbad ist toll, die Größe und das Angebot (Rutschen etc.) ausreichend! Die Sanitäranlagen sind immer sauber und toll ausgestattet. Auch die älteren Waschhäuser sind in einem tollen Zustand. Das Rezeptionsgebäude beeindruckt schon sehr und der quasi kontaktlose Eincheck- und Ausscheckservice, die Wartezeiten verhindern, ist klasse. Trotzdem gibt es immer einen persönlichen und herzlichen Kontakt in der Rezeption, die alles möglich machen. Rundum ein toller Urlaub auf einem tollen Campingplatz, der natürlich seinen Preis hat, aber dieser für das Angebot völlig berechtigt ist.
