It breaks my heart that this beautiful little family-run campsite has been sold to a chain. Soon only luxury campers will be able to afford Zeeland. If that's the aim of tourism there: well done.

A great site for our motorhome. A warm welcome from the owners, we'll be back for sure and we'll recommend this campsite to future renters of our motorhomes :)

Hello, currently at the Semois campsite from 06 to 09.07.2024.|Very dissatisfied. |Arrival, no sign indicating the campsite. |Work everywhere, at the entrance, in the campsite, machinery, dirt etc|Noise!!! Saturday and this Monday morning from 06:00! The machines are rolling around the campsite, which is unbelievable for holidaymakers... |No pizzas... |Pool closes at 7pm, early for July... |No kakak when leaving the campsite... |Your website is a lie... Staff say sorry for that, sorry for that, the campsite isn't ready... |I demand a refund for the damage, not a credit note, a real refund. You've got my credit card because you've deducted the balance. I've never seen anything like it...|Opening in such conditions in the middle of a summer vacation... |You are obliged to reimburse me. If I had known there was work going on, I wouldn't have booked at this campsite. I wanted peace and quiet, my vacation has been ruined. There's no need to tell me you're sorry, I'm the first to say so, and I'm on the spot to see what's wrong. I look forward to hearing from you and receiving my full refund for this holiday, and quickly.

Only the sea is free of charge… and almost no services available during high season. No animation for kids, accessing the foot court with your ball? 6/12 euros. Tennis court with your rackets? Same price. Need bedsheets and towel while staying in a 230 euro per day mobile home? 100 euro per week. Not part of the other campings’ network organising shuttle to Mali Losinj. Need info about bus? Check your internet. Need Wi-Fi ? Weekly package to be paid at the reception. Need to swim? Just jump into the beautiful sea, free of charge!!

Not child-friendly, no sports activities included. Advertise with things that are no longer available. Outrageous prices for playing soccer. No courtesy from the staff. 20€ per hour for a soccer pitch is outrageous

Positive points: ideally located on the seafront with direct access. Negatives: an impersonal welcome, a very young team who take great pleasure in driving the golfettes at top speed (until one day!), non-existent campsite maintenance which could easily have been taken care of given the very low occupancy rate.), non-existent campsite maintenance which could easily have been taken care of given the very low occupancy rate, no games for the children (the playground has been replaced by goats and sheep), scalding shower water, no structure for bathing the little ones, the covered swimming pool has not been covered since the storm and will not be covered again... and all this for 34€ a night by the sea.|The chain which took over this municipal campsite didn't contribute anything, it's looking to make money and that's it.

Liked: Felt welcomed and safe at this campsite and it had a friendly atmosphere and a refreshing pool to relax at.

Absolutely cannot agree with the previous review. Super nice quiet campsite. New owners who do everything to make the guests feel comfortable. Have turned it into a nice campsite. Toilet building 2 yr old and super clean. Located on recreational lake and a good brasserie.

The glamping tent is highly recommended

Unfortunately something had gone wrong with the reservation, the lady at the front desk came Sunday afternoon accusing me of sneaking into the campground without reporting and she would call the police. I checked myself in with the same woman 18 hours before. Too bad about her short memory. Annoying was that they also exhibit this incompetence in front of other guests. I was there with my family and due to illness cannot travel more than 350 km, I had to leave the campsite and there was nothing to arrange with this woman despite a half empty campsite, I had to leave the campsite. Because there was nothing else to arrange on Sunday afternoon I had to return home. Because of health that was hardly doable and I was unable to make the transit with my family. I had 700 km in 24 hours while the doctors' advice was 350 in 2 a3 days. So my last vacation which was supposed to last 4 weeks was cut short in a very unfriendly and customer unfriendly way after 18 hours and now I am back home sick. I went to this woman who didn't even bother to check in the customers in a decent way to explain the situation, with a satisfied smile she told me I could leave and she didn't want to think of anything. The location next to the sports fields where early in the morning the music goes on loudly is also not really something that belongs to a campsite. Too bad about my last vacation and thanks, ruining someone's vacation so professionally is also a gift.
