Bonjour, je tenais à vous faire part de notre ressenti sur nos deux semaines chez vous. Déçue du flower camping sachant que nous sommes pas à notre premier du tout. L hygiène la première semaine du mois d août ça été par contre la seconde à cheval avec le 15 août (sanitaires sales, bouchées, papier hygiénique à terre.... Pour les douches nous pouvions retrouver les mêmes cheveux sur les lavabo ou au sol de jour en jour même si les gens ne sont pas tous propre et respectueux il faudrait plus de nettoyage pour les autres). Informations remontées à l accueil. La présence du vigile peut être bien mais par contre fermeture du bar-restaurant à 23h on nous met dehors et on éteint toutes les lumières. Les tarifs sont exorbitants 2 frites pour 10€ pour des produits surgelés pas terribles. Sans compter le reste. L épicerie pas toujours possible d avoir le pain que l on souhaite sous réserve d arrivage bof Un petit tour à la piscine serait pas mal c est bien d instauré des règles mais de temps en temps surveiller le manque de respect (short, tee shirt pour les femmes, ...). Pour les animations c'est dommage ça manque d en train si peu de personnes c est annulé dommage pour les enfants, le club enfant avec le cirque impeccable la deuxième peinture, coloriage moyen. En tout cas je ne reviendrai pas c est bien dommage trop de choses à revoir.

The mobile home is very good inside, spacious. Unfortunately it is located very close to the pool. And the music is so loud! I don't see the point of having it so loud, you can't read or rest in the bungalow because you can hear even inside it, so at the pool I'll leave you to imagine.

Great camping for the modern part

Good morning, just finished vacation in this beautiful resort. Kudos to all the staff for professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. Experience to relive!!!

Convenient for ferries at Dunkirk or Ostend, being just off the A10 motorway. Also good for visiting Bruges by bus or bike. ACSI Card rate in low season. And that’s the end of the good news, as it’s one of the most frustrating sites I’ve ever visited. Check-in/Reception for campers is on the left of the lane at the Holiday Village, where you pay 25 Euros deposit for a barrier card to enter the actual campsite, half a km further on the right. There is a bar at that entrance (not open every day) but the staff there can’t check you in or open the barrier, so if you missed the earlier Reception you have to go back. The card is also used to enter the facilities, operate the showers and get hot water to wash up at the outdoor sinks – but nobody explains how all that works. The few small rubbish bins round the campsite were overflowing, and campers are issued with rubbish bags and asked to take them back down the lane to the recycling skips at the check-in! The facilities were not cleaned during my 3-day stay. I asked about cycling into Bruges and the Receptionist did have an A4 sheet with a confusing map for getting there by road. It didn’t show how to access the canal path, a much safer and easier route (about 10 miles each way), which we enjoyed. The opening hours at Reception were from 10 am, but we needed to leave earlier for the Dunkirk-Dover ferry. The campsite barrier did not open automatically to exit (why not?) Even though there was a panel at the barrier to enter a code to exit, I was told that was not possible either. So how could I hand the card in for a 25 Euro refund before 10 am? I was handed an envelope with my name on, to be deposited in the Reception post box as we left; the money would eventually be refunded to my bank account. I had paid the deposit in cash and would end up paying bank charges on this transaction, but was told there was no alternative. As we left the campsite at 8.45 am and called at Reception with the card in its envelope, the Receptionist was just unlocking the office, saying they now opened at 9 am, and he refunded the deposit – after all that. This site really needs to get its act together. In July and August there is a second Reception open at the actual campsite entrance, but not the rest of the year, when the site is sadly neglected and the staff do not care.

Clean, organized and amenities that guarantee a great vacation experience! Nestled in a wonderful bay and washed by crystal clear waters, unique. Those who compare prices to those of neighboring businesses little understand pochè the quality of service and structural investment are incomparable. Traditional cuisine in a revisited key very innovative with quality local raw materials and high-level pizzeria in front of a spectacular sunset close the circle. Value for money absolutely in line. If you can't afford it don't criticize, choose something else. Highly recommended for relaxing and family-friendly.
